Welcome back to another episode of Baking Scraps!
Today, Lisa and Cristina are thrilled to welcome the talented and all around wonderful human Guillaume Boivin, from Season 8 of The Great Canadian Baking Show.
Guillaume baked with such heart, always bringing unique and interesting flavours to the tent influenced by his love of foraging in the woods. Being fearless in the tent, he wasnât afraid to take big risks - some of them paid off beautifully, and he was the Cookie Week Star Baker. But sadly, the tent got him during Coffee & Tea Week - with bakes that were just a little too ambitious that didnât quite hit the mark - ultimately and sadly sending him home. Guillaume embraced it all with passion and joy.
Weâre excited to dive into his bold choices, hear about his most and least favourite bakes, and the lessons heâs learned along the way.
