There’s a few things that most individual are distracted by like playing video games, watching tv all day, binge watching, scrolling for nothing, partying but that also varies
if you enjoy doing so that’s fine but if you are complaining about those things that could possibly be the reason why you could be complaining. Maybe by giving gratitude for what you have now. How could you want more if you’re not grateful for what you have now.
