  • I am passionate about self-worth because I spent most of my life feeling alone and not good enough. I talk and teach about this because it is what I have needed the most. You know what they say, “You teach what you most need to learn.”

Since starting my personal discovery journey 15 years ago I have been finding my way back to my wholeness. I continue to heal as I guide others on the journey back to their wholeness.

Together we can shift this generational pattern of lack, to a generational pattern of wholeness as we learn and grow.

  • This feeling of not enough is prevalent in our culture today. It is also at the core of many problematic issues that impact our relationships.

The "I'm not good enough" belief is a negative belief we hold about ourselves and and it limits us to what we can and cannot do, say or be.

On today's episode we discuss the nature of this belief and how we can begin to shift this generational pattern.

  • On today’s episode I am answering a question that I’ve heard some version of many times. It is a question around “having” to set a boundary.

First, boundaries aren’t something we HAVE to set. Boundaries are a choice. They are a way of expressing what is important to me and what I am willing or not willing to do to honor that. If we choose not to set our own boundaries, we cannot blame others for our needs not getting met. Boundaries require deep self-trust.

Tune in and discover the GIFT and POWER of deep self-trust.

  • What is Freedom? Freedom means different things to different people.

Today, I am talking about inner freedom. We are often imprisoned in our own mind. We put an enormous amount of pressure on ourselves to live up to unrealistic expectations. The pressure to always be good and always do the right thing has us entrenched in a world of perfection.

Many of us feel the pressure to prove we are good enough by how much we achieve, how much we produce, and how much we can do for others. The freedom to be oneself in a world that demands perfectionis the ultimate freedom.
