And Livestrong.com & I am so excited to host her on the podcast to get real about how we all can live happier & healthier.

It's actually hard to put into words all that Beau Whitman is and all that he gives to his community - but to put it simply, he is an athlete, a personal trainer, a cancer recovery coach who has undergone and survived Stage III Germ Cell Cancer AND 10 reconstructive surgeries himself - he's a motivational speaker, a philanthropist, founder of Guys Gone RX Cancer Charity, and an avid promoter of the strength and successes that come with vulnerability.
In this conversation, we chat all things vulnerability and how it has impacted his relationship to fitness, community, and his career, how curiosity and openness to learn has sparked success, and how mindset can make hardships turn into superpowers.

If there's anyone who exemplifies the coined phrase 'you can do anything you set your mind to' it's Megan Umansky. In this episode, I am chatting with two POWERHOUSE leaders in the wellness space - Deja Riley & Alicia Ferguson. Fitness expert, founder, athlete, entrepreneur, yogi, dancer, creative, coach, philanthropist, lululemon ambassador, daughter, sister, friend, & now, cozy co-host are just some of the titles that they wear fashionably, but what I admire about them most is the fact that they refuse to let the titles they carry define who they are - rather, they take pride in defining who they are authentically on a day to day basis. That is the beautiful essence of their podcast, Dose of Duality - a passionate platform used to explore diverse topics from the world of culture, wellness, entrepreneurship, and relationships. In this episode, we chat about how Deja & Alicia hope to lead by example in their openness about living in duality - following this idea that you are never just one thing but a sum of a million different aspects that make you uniquely YOU! Plus - Deja spills some HOT TEA about her recent pregnancy announcement.
Such a special conversation with these truly extraordinary humans - be sure to check out their podcast Dose of Duality on all podcast platforms!

This week, I take the mics on the road to the gorgeous Greenwich Village Athletic club where I sit with founder, Dane McCarthy - the all-star fitness entrepreneur and the brain behind the entire Athletic Clubs Brand in New York City which includes Greenwich Village Athletic, West Village Athletic, and Williamsburg Athletic. This Aussie's philosophy is simple: literally - keep it simple & train with a squad that you love. We chat all things about the unique inception of the Athletic Clubs in the height of a pandemic, why cultivating a real authentic community is at the heart of their brand, what fitness entrepreneurs should actually be doing when it comes to starting their businesses that they're probably not doing, and so much more!
This conversation was so enlightening and the Athletic Club space was truly gorgeous - nowww who wants to join me for a squad session?!

Steph Strine is a vet in the fitness industry who’s taught at various studios coast to coast, a certified personal trainer & 200-hour registered yoga teacher, she is the founder of her very own wellness brand, RESSIL, she is also a US Marine Corps Veteran and an advocate for clean living & sobriety as a Ritual Zero Proof ambassador. Her journey to acquiring these titles did not come easy - navigating life after her service included working full time corporate jobs ((at ungodly hours)) to pay the bills while also teaching fitness on the side, and figuring out where and what she wanted to be doing with her life. We chat about her journey to sobriety and what her life looks like now compared to how it did in the past, how she got to NYC and took the leap to pursuing her passion, and how YOU can begin creating the life of your dreams one step at a time.

In this episode, I sit down with not only a Nike sponsored Boxing Instructor & Certified Personal Trainer, but an incredibly animated storyteller who is bound to inspire you: Bobbie Jo Davis comes from a town so small, it didn't have a stoplight - but that clearly didn't stop her from chasing her wildest dreams out here in NYC. She is known around town for the magnetic high energy she brings day in and day out of her classes at Rumble Boxing & Training & recently became one of Nike's newest NYC Trainers. She is living out a reality she once dreamed of - and it happened for her because she ran towards everything she wanted without stopping.
In this conversation, Bobbie Jo shares her journey and ever-evolving relationship to fitness, going from a small town to experiencing an "Eat Pray Love" era living abroad, & finally landing in one of the biggest cities in the world, taking her dreams of inspiring people in a big way & making it happen with Rumble and Nike. More than anything, Bobbie Jo wants you to know that your dreams are possible - but it's up to you to make them happen.

Ashley Waters is the perfect example of the concept I love to perpetuate on this show which is that you are never defined by one thing. Certified Life Coach, Yogi, Community Builder, Event Creator, Marketing Strategist for Lululemon, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Dog Mom are just scratching the surface of the identities she wears proudly & she wishes to lead by example in creating a life that you love to live. We get into so many beautiful topics of discussion in this episode including the subjectivity of a 'dream life' and how it's possible for everyone, how service of others serves us, the power in connectivity, and so much more.
be sure to follow along with Ashley as she has some incredible events down the pipeline with Lululemon & Say When:

In this week's episode, I had the privilege of sitting down at the lululemon Hub in NYC with Gerren Liles - founding trainer for lululemon Studio. Also a Master Instructor for Equinox Fitness clubs & was Rated Equinox's Top Instructor for the Northeast region in 2015, Gerren has numerous digital, media, and written appearances to his name and most importantly, is the ring leader of the Team 100 Community on lululemon Studio. The man has led numerous past lives in which he was a writer & poet, and also was an elementary school teacher before embarking on his fitness journey. Today, when he is not coaching his Team 100 on the lululemon Studio mirror, he is either training for a Hyrox/Spartan competition, traveling the world on a whim, getting impulse tattoos, diving deep into someone's astrological chart, or professing his love for Levain cookies - or likely all of the above. For as much fun as he can bring to a room, Gerren keeps it real with his community & his profound words of wisdom are noteworthy. So, get your pen & pad out and get ready for a truly dynamic conversation!

In this week's episode, we are going deep with one of my favorite running coaches & storytellers, Terence Gerchberg, or as he likes to be called, "T" or "Coach Amazing". I met him amidst training for my very first marathon back when I had only ever run 9 miles max & he helped me build all the way up to a strong 26.2 - mainly by distracting me from the long runs with some of the most dynamic and entertaining stories I have ever heard. So inviting him to the show was a no brainer. In this episode, we chat all things running - his passion and how it sparked, how running in fact saved his life and how he has utilized his passion to create a life dedicated to the sport and to service by way of movement. Be sure to follow along with Coach Amazing on socials - or better yet, hit the streets of New York City and you will likely find him there (Westside Highway to be exact).
