My name is Farah André. I’m a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master Practitioner, Cannabis Educator & Wellness Spiritual Coach. Seeking to expand towards my Doctorate, specializing in education. I’ve worked in the healthcare field for the past 20+ years.

My experiences includes variations of mental health, unit manager (End stage Dementia / Alzheimers) role as charge nurse, visiting nursing, travel emergency nurse & private nursing. As a result being able to contribute to global healthcare initiatives. Being a skilled seasoned knowledgeable nurse has provided me the foundation when it comes to patient care, decision making & professional development. Working as an independent contractor wellness nurse will expand my skills and passion.

In conclusion, through my journey’s experiences in the healthcare field, including self-love self-care techniques, has reminded me that wellness comes on different levels for each individual ( mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually). As a nurse I know how vital interaction is needed in society, playing a key role, in a technology invested world. Being able to continue one of the core foundation of a Nurse, “nourishes,” originated from, Latin nutricia, feminine of Latin nutricius ‘(per- son) that nourishes.’ *Upon my completion of the Cannabis Apprentice Program 2022, ran by Cannabis Center of Excellence and Let's Talk Weed Cannabis, is a program designed as a workforce training opportunity for those negatively impacted by the war on drugs to have access to opportunities in the legal cannabis industry in Massachusetts.

Employed by my internship at DDM, cannabis dispensary located in Blackstone, Ma. Based on my seasoned experiences and various areas, a recommend- ed role as a Wellness Educator Coordinator. As an educator coordinator, also called instructional coordinators, I’m responsible to work various fields to develop learning programs for companies, students, individuals or employees. Evaluating the existing curriculum at the establishment or within a company training program, and develop innovative solutions to improve company, student and worker outcomes. Gaining multiple support by one of my mentor, Dr. McNabb, many valuable support by other leaders. As a result improving customers, diversity, pop up planning and stability. *It’s part of my purpose to nourish “Self” then to be able to provide for others. Bestowing such beneficial interactive wellness care tools to individuals. Allowing rewarding results for clients and being able to witness goals being met in person’s wellness achievement (s). My goal is to provide a safe, time consumed, interactive medical and holistic alternative wellness based on one’s need.

  • Dr. Leah Johnson (known in the cannabis industry as “Dr. Leah”) is a trained Medical Cannabis Pharmacist and the owner and founder of Alchemist Consulting LLC. She is also an accomplished, highly driven Clinical Integrative Health Pharmacist, with primary focus in pain, mental health (depression, anxiety, insomnia, Autism, etc.) and geriatric medication management.

Dr. Leah believes that complete physical/mental health and well-being can be influenced by the utilization of cannabis, as well as other herbal remedies and supplements, in conjunction with pharmaceutical medications.

In an effort to improve the overall health and well-being of patients, Dr. Leah works with patients and their healthcare providers, from all over the US, to reduce the amount of medications taken, alter timing and dosing of medications to improve effectiveness, and identify medications which could be causing issues. She also works with cannabis companies to advise them on formulations, dosing, safety, interactions, and how to better help their customers see health improvements with the use of their products. Lastly Dr. Leah speaks at medical conferences and on panels to help educate providers and patients on the benefits of utilizing cannabis medicine in therapy. Her last speaking event was February 2022 at the annual ACA/ACVP/PPHI conference.

Complete physical & mental health and well-being can be influenced by the utilization of cannabis, as well as other herbal remedies and supplements, in conjunction with pharmaceutical medications.

Believes that most patients are given too many and inappropriate prescription medications, while not being given the knowledge for utilizing effective herbals and supplements to reduce pill burden. I also see that many patients are unable to get full relief of their ailments due to the missing components in their medication regimens.

Works with patients and their healthcare providers, from all over the country, to reduce the amount of medications taken, alter timing and dosing of medications to improve effectiveness, and identify medications which could be causing issues. Also contracts with cannabis companies to advise them on dosing, safety, interactions, and how to better help their customers see health improvements with the use of their products.
