This is a very powerful episode for anyone living with chronic illness or pain. I'm joined by Amber, the West Coast Medium to talk about mindset, gratitude, the mind, body, soul connection, and asking our Spirit Guides for help. When I spoke to Amber about this three years ago I never knew how much I would rely on and continue to use the wisdom she provided.

Awareness is the theme of today's podcast. I share the awareness I have of recently having gained some weight and how I'm using that as a resource.
Then, special guest Shamanic Practitioner Angela Faith joins me in a conversation around awareness.
I close with bringing awareness to the importance of increased vigilance for breast self-examination for women taking biologic medications and, identifying why someone with an auto-immune condition may be deemed 'clinically extremely vulnerable'.
