Felder Friday on the first day of November, let's get it. There are some big games on the board this weekend and the fellas are going to break it all down. Full Halloween recap since the trio of Felder, Hartzell, and the Doc are all rad dads with bellies full of hydration and candy from last night's festivities, then we get into the football talk. Is Florida going to hang around against Georgia? Are the dawgs going to let them hang around? How do we feel about Oregon at the Big House? Who do we trust more in the Ohio State/Penn State battle? There's a ton of questions and while we might not know the answers, we wade through the murky week 10 waters to break down these games and - of course - make some picks on the way out the door. The Doc is staring at a 3-game deficit to Hartzell and clearly the pressure is starting to get to him.

It's true, there's just one more weekend when Wayne gets to be fired up about AP poll snubs because starting next week it gets real. CFP rankings drop in 6 days from now and once the calendar flips to November (see: this weekend), this sport really kicks into high gear. Thankfully Phil Steele is here to not just run through the entire week 10 card in the top 25, but also to remind Wayne (and Hartzell) that the CFP poll is meaningless because there's lots of football left to be played. He's right. But so are the guys for being amped for the initial rankings reveal. A couple of head-scratching 'what if' scenarios make their appearance on the show today. Is Saturday a must win for Ohio State? How many 1-loss teams will be head of Indiana, and Iowa State, and BYU? Just keep winning, baby!

Week 9 was about some of the big boys surviving - Ohio State, Kansas State, Texas A&M, BYU, SMU - all got it done even though it wasn't a masterpiece. We discuss the biggest games from the weekend that was, plus Roddy Jones is fresh off his third trip to Boulder this season...what does he think of the improvement that Colorado has made since the start of the season, and could this be a sleeper team to make it into the CFP as a 2-loss team? Speaking of CFP, the first set of rankings come out one week from today, the guys talk through what we expect those to look like. Plus Halloween talk, top-10 most popular costumes for this year's festivities, and Rodstradamus is coming off his worst weekend in the history of the show.

Felder Friday week nine edition is here. No Lock Doctor today, he's at the pumpkin patch with his daughter so you get Hartzell, Felder, and special guest Mike Golic Jr to break down the weekend slate. An interesting Friday night including Boise at UNLV in the G5 Super Bowl, plus Rutgers has a chance to do something awful against USC. Plenty of discussion on Notre Dame and Navy with GoJo, including what it's like to prep for a service academy and how much the Irish need to run the table the rest of the way. Another rousing rendition of 'That's My Dog' with Felder looking to stay hot, and the 3-for-all picks where The Doc sends in a hilarious voicemail with his picks. Felder Friday let's get it!

Just an unbelievable hour of CFB handicapping by our guy, Phil Steele for the Week 9 slate. We touch on over 30 games to set you up for a winning weekend. Phil's top plays went 3-0 last week and he has pinpointed another trio to help you bet smarter, not harder this weekend. Schass also looks to stay hot, while Tripp tries to recover from a rough Week 8. We put the hay in the barn for you... sit back, relax and enjoy these locks!

Midweek edition of CSN means we bring on Wayne Cook who's fresh off the first Big Ten win in program history for his Bruins. That win in Piscataway comes up, of course, but so too does the rest of the week 9 slate when Phil Steele joins the show. The guys run through the entire week 9 card in the top 25, but also spend a lot of time on Indiana and Iowa State - both teams that Phil thinks the public is sleeping on because they're not the brands we associate with elite football. Sleep on the Hoosiers and 'Clones at your own peril, folks!

Another weekend where the SEC dominated the headlines...so let's talk about what went down in Austin and Knoxville. Brad Crawford from 247 Sports joins Roddy Jones and the rest of the gang to talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly in the SEC from the weekend. What does the Georgia win mean for the Dawgs moving forward? Are we going to see UGA and Texas play again in Atlanta? Is the panic button officially being smashed for Alabama fans? What if Vanderbilt does the unthinkable (again) versus the Longhorns this Saturday?
All that PLUS some Big 12 and Big 10 talk from the fellas. The guys disagree on what's going to happen when Miami welcomes FSU in what's supposedly a rivalry game. Lots to discuss from this past weekend AND Rodstradamus makes some more picks (that you should probably fade because our boy is struggling)

Week 8 Felder Friday, need we say more? We don't need to tell you that this weekend is a massive Saturday in the SEC ... so let's talk about it. What's going to happen in Austin? How has Tripp never heard of the third Saturday in October? No seriously, he's never heard of it. We bring in Richard Johnson from CBS Sports and Split Zone Duo to educate us on what he expects to see in the weekend's biggest games. Plus the Lock Doc and Hartzell go head-to-head with more picks to close the show!

Week 8 edition of The Phil Steele Show is ready for consumption. The Godfather is dealing out his locks and leans for a loaded slate this weekend including Bama taking on Tennessee and the Dawgs showdown in Austin with top-tanked Texas. Kyle and Tripp throw in a few picks of their own as we cover over 30 games for you in one hour of pure audio heaven. Bet smarter, not harder.

Midweek edition of CSN means we head west for Wayne Cook and some spicy takes on the weekend - including whether or not he's buying Penn State, what folks in LA are saying about USC's 3-3 start, and another drama-filled weekend in the SEC. Phil Steele joins the show to run through the full week 8 card, and we overcome some adversity with audio and internet issues to make some audio magic (it's all Hartzell's fault). Thanks for listening folks!

Another wild weekend in college football is in the books, let's talk about it.
Roddy Jones joins Hartzell & the Doc to talk about everything from the weekend, including Oregon's big win, whether Penn State is still a fraud (Roddy says yes), and another drama-filled Saturday in the SEC.
Shehan Jeyarajah from CBS Sports stops by to talk about the Big 12, which is accelerating toward a fantastic next couple of weeks. Can this league get multiple bids to the CFP? Who are the biggest surprises and disappointments? Shehan brings it - as always - and we all get educated.
Finally, Rodstradamus coming off a winning weekend looks to make it two in a row. Gotta stay hot

Felder Friday is here to push you off the diving board, straight into Week 7. Our guy, Michael Felder chops it up with special guest Chip Patterson (Cover 3 Podcast, CBS Sports) talking Ducks/Buckeyes, Red River and Ole Miss/LSU. Schass sits in for an absent Stephen Hartzell, but don't worry we still get his picks for the week via voice memo as he tries to gain an edge on the Lock Doc.

Hey Phil, do you watch baseball? Nope... I only watch College Football...and the man proves it week after week. Our walking encyclopedia of College Football @philsteele042 turns in another top-notch performance giving his picks and analysis on over 30 games for the upcoming slate. We talk Red River, Iowa-under's and the showdown in Eugene between the Ducks and Buckeyes. It's a loaded hour of nothing but betting angles on all the game you want to hear about. Bet smarter, not harder.

Election Day is a month away but Wayne is stumping for change in college sports. That's at the end of the show, because the first hour-plus is all ball, baby.
Wayne has thoughts on what he saw with Alabama going down, plus some harsh criticism for USC and Michigan who also lost on the road on Saturday.
Phil Steele stops by for his weekly tour of the top-25 games on deck this weekend, and then we hit the campaign trail for Wayne's agenda to fix college sports.

Find me a more wild weekend in college football than the one we just had - which had 5 teams in top 11 all lose. We'll wait.
The fellas break it all down, and welcome Kevin Ingram - from Vanderbilt radio - to talk about his front row seat of the 'Dores historic upset of Alabama. Plus where does Tennessee go from here? How fraudulent is Penn State? And as the world turns in the ACC - including some spirited discussion of SMU, Pitt, and Virginia? Yes, Virginia.
We get the weekly stock report and Rodstradamus' picks to close the show.

Lots of folks out there are downplaying this weekend's slate. Hartzell and the gang's reaction is 'do so at your peril' because there are some sneaky upset-potential spots on the board Saturday.
Felder and the Doc run through the weekend card, including a spirited picks segment (where the fellas have been killing it, by the way, going a combined 20-10 ATS).
No guest? No problem. Week Six edition of Felder Friday in your feed let's get it!

Is Vegas printing free money this week with some of these lines? We dive in head first to break it all down on a loaded Week 6 edition of The Phil Steele Show. Not sure if the guys have ever seen the angles so clearly before as they look to deliver more winners this weekend. Phil's top plays were on fire last week... lets see if he can deliver again. Kyle has some very strong feelings on Duke, Navy and several others, while the Doctor has four picks at the end of the show that he says can't miss. Bet smarter, not harder.

Yes, we have Wayne Cook on the show to talk ball. And he's surly because, well, UCLA.
Yes, we have Phil Steele breaking down every game in the Top 25 this weekend for nearly 40 straight minutes in the middle of our show.
But if you take nothing else away from today's show there are two things that should stand out: 1) Cam Rising hanging around a college campus as a 25-year-old with nothing to do, and 2) Hartzell's Tom Glavine story. That's as good as podcasting gets.
