Each episode is available in both English and Español. Fabi is on a mission to promote connection-based relationships with our children. She believes that by healing and nurturing our inner well-being, we can become the parents we aspire to be—parents who truly meet our children’s needs.

As an immigrant mom from Venezuela, Fabi has spent the last 15 years living between Sydney and London. She is an author and a passionate advocate for Conscious Parenting, with a particular focus on the impact of screens on kids.
