The District's Foreclosure Mediation Program has helped many residents avoid foreclosure. In this podcast, DISB talks to Ben Arnold, administrator of D.C.'s Foreclosure Mediation Program, about the mediation process and what outcomes can be reached between homeowners and lenders.
