Wow. What a weekend. The Eighth Amendment has been repealed by landslide. The Irish people spoke up emphatically for a woman’s right to choose. In this aftermath episode, we look back on a weekend and a movement that changed the world, go through the highs and lows of the campaign, talk to our friends in Donegal, and look to the future. Thank you for listening, this really is the final episode.

WOW. We're here already. It feels like the longest and shortest journey all at the same time. For the last episode before the vote we headed in to Together For Yes HQ to talk to the absolute legends making this campaign happen.
Guys it's been emosh, but we're nearly there. We've got this. -
Episodes manquant?

This week we go straight to the top and have an in-depth chat with the leader of our country, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar. With one week to go, we're living our best Olivia Pope lives. It's handled.
The Taoiseach talked to us about his journey to a pro choice position, how he feels the vote is going to go, the importance of a high turnout and loads more. -
Aisling Bea is in the house! Is your head melted? Stress levels through the roof? Fumin' like a human? Grab a glass of water and wash down this chill pill. We know the FINAL STRETCH can sometimes feel like the FINAL STRESS, but we're here to tell you that calming the fuck down is the best approach right now. The amazing Aisling Bea joins us to talk about being a diaspora Repealer. Plus we dissect the TV debate dumpster fire that was #CBLIVE, and give you Don’t Stop Repealin’s Top 11 Tips To Getting Through The Next Week. Less stress more success!

If you're looking for us these days, you'll find us down in Buswells, chomping on a carvery and eavesdropping on the goss emanating from all the other tables as we prepare to interview some party leaders. Yep, the DSR gals have gone all establishment (LOL) and are questioning whether this is real life as we head in to Leinster House to chat to Fianna Fail leader Micheál Martin about his unexpected pro-choice views. If parallel universes are a thing, pretty sure this is what it feels like to be in one.
We're also joined by MERJ aka Migrants and Ethnic-Minorities for Reproductive Justice to delve a little deeper into how Migrant women are disproportionately impacted by the Eighth Amendment.
And finally we're doing our best to push through the bank holiday slump to bring you all the usual bits and bobs including events, media shenanigans and the latest development from Facebook outlawing international ad purchases for the ref. -
STOP EVERYTHING Mary Lou is in the building. This week we talk to Sinn Féin leader Mary Lou McDonald in Leinster House. Yes, they let us in.
Meanwhile, back at the NO ranch, there is some seriously shady shit going on online. What's really going on with this mysterious NO strategy to fool undecided voters into clicking their ads? This is bad news, and we need to take action NOW.
Plus, Una gets pulled from a literature festival (boo), and Andrea pulls a muscle from laughing (yay). We analyse the Late Late Show debate, a barney on Sean O'Rourke, and give fill you in on all the fab events going down in your town. Come thru queens! -
Do you even influence? There's been a lot of conversation abounding about influencers using their platforms to talk about the referendum. Is it their duty to speak up? We figured we had to hear it from the horse's mouth so this week we have the king of Snapgram – this is what he was recently described as in a shopping centre, we know our Kik from our QQ – James Kavanagh along for the ride. Also influencing us this week is our pregnant pal Vogue Williams, who's delving into what it means to be pregnant and pro-choice. And finally, spilling probably the juiciest goss of the week, Cian O'Brien, Creative Director from Project Arts joins us to track the journey of the recently departed (for the second time) Maser mural.

This ain't no echo chamber. We know that this referendum is only going to pass with the men of Ireland getting on board. For this special episode it's all about LADS LADS LADS. Joining us for lad chats are dreamboats Richie Sadlier, Blindboy and Maser, with their thoughts about the repeal movement; how to engage men, and what it means to them. Thankfully, today it's raining men. Hallelujah.

Some shady shit has been going down by the No campaign so we thought it was only fair to throw some shade right back. We don’t like being negative nancies, but as RuPaul says ‘Reading is Fundamental’.
Also this week, all round bosswoman & Labour Senator Ivana Bacik joins us in studio for a brilliant history on the origins of the 8th and reminds us that the some of the same shady characters are still knocking around.
Plus the amazing Together For Yes fundraising drive. Have you donated yet? If not, why not? And all your Repeal news, events, media shenanigans and more....

This week we have a theological discussion – who knew, but stick with us! – about how being a believer isn’t incompatible with voting 🗳YES. The reality is we’ve gazillions of people in our lives who hold really strong faiths and we think they’re being done a disservice by the catholic hierarchy and hardliners in the media.
We’re also really #blessed to be joined by the President of Catholics for Choice, Jon O’Brien, to discuss the complexities of a pro-repeal stance for catholics.
Plus we talk how the No side are canvassing, media shenanigans and Una plugs the shit out of her new book Repeal The 8th - available in all good (independent) book shops and online this week. -
One of us has never canvassed before (ssssh, don't judge!) which made us wonder why that was and how to help her - and others - feel comfortable enough to pop their canvassing cherry.
Speaking of popping, Cara Sanquest from London Irish Abortion Rights Campaign popped in to give us the DL on coming #HomeToVote, how you can support from abroad and what the deal is with donations and making sure you stick to the rules.
And as always... Media Shenanigans, events and more.
Check out our website www.dontstoprepealin.com to find your local canvassing group, find our social bits and bobs and drop us a mail if there's something you think we should broach.
And remember, don't be scabby with your ratings and reviews. -
This week Gavin Sheridan gives us the low down on Facebook, Cambridge Analytica, Kanto and what the impact will be on the referendum, Fiona de Londres breaks down the government policy paper, and we get Healy Rage.
-
