A Martha's Vineyard native, Rose Richard has taught 23 years on the outskirts of Cape Cod. She started has a 100% band nerd and moved on to chorus and musical theater. With her high energy and wonderful personality she does a wonderful job getting her small school district to put on wonderful performances.

Chris Holland grew up in the city and attended a school without a band program. However, he found his group musical outlet in the form of drum and bugle corps. He attended UMASS as a math major, but switched to music ed. After graduating he led the award winning Norwood Public Schools ensembles, but after year four decided to go to law school!! Now he is the CEO of Inspire Arts and the Director of the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps.

Kyle Spraker has a very unique journey. Started on saxophone and joined a drum and bugle corps in high school so he naturally switched to trumpet. He went to college to be a music ed Major but switched to performance. He loved big band, but became an orchestral trumpeter!
