    QUOTES

“It feels easy to feel discouraged, but the truth is I don’t feel hopeless, because I really do believe [we are] forcing out a very strong light frequency through the darkness.” - Steph Plant

“The desire of my heart is to be able to share a deep hope, a deep peace, and a deep love, that we can embody, and then choose to send and share, and let that fly out to wherever it is that our soul wants to carry it to. I feel very far from the scene geographically, but I feel very close to the scene spiritually and emotionally. My heart is with the Palestinian people. My guts are with the Palestinian people. My cries and my songs are with the Palestinian people." - Steph Plant

"I wish for grace and I wish for mercy and I wish for a ceasefire and I wish for an end to the occupation.” -Steph Plant

“Collectively the more that we can step into our personal power - and our personal love and our personal truth and our personal peace - the less important our fear will be to us and that’s really the only thing we actually have control over - is our own internal experience and how we respond to our external experiences.” - Steph Plant

“Let this grief and this rage radicalize me towards more compassion and courage.” - Roza https://www.instagram.com/yallaroza

“There is risk, but without doing it you’re risking never having the intimacy that you could have with that community or the power you could feel in actually making a change.” - Andrea Catherine Bachman

  • Like many women, Cammie has struggled with feelings of not being enough and feeling unworthy. Growing up in a Christian, she thought that loving God meant that she had to act, look, and be a certain way. This belief led her to look outward for acceptance and love until one day she “hit her head against the wall” and realized that love comes from within. Meet Cammie:

Cammie Knight is a Healing consultant for women. She helps women heal from “DEEPLY ROOTED” Self-Sabotaging Beliefs, so that they may stand in their TRUE POWER which is LOVE. This was as soul journey that she initially went on for herself and later found that the awakening that happened in her life was bigger than herself. She awakened to SELF LOVE, and ALLLLL of what was truly revealed to her about this truth. As she began unpacking the layers that was blocking her true self , she started seeing that the lower vibrations of feeling that “she wasn’t enough, feeling abandoned, having low self -esteem, and feeling unworthy was not “Her” beliefs but rather the agreements she said “yes” to on a subconscious level that she took on as herself. ANNNND SO THE UNPACKING BEGAN, and on “her,” journey she saw what was REAL and that was the LOVE that lived inside of her! As she began aligning with this truth, it was revealed to her that this was a calling to help others, heal from Self Sabotaging BELIEFS. Because the truth is, the limiting beliefs that one may have towards themselves isn’t who we really ARE! And through her journey, she has helped others unlock the walls of what has blocked them from their Authentic selves. LOVE is the Key and she is grateful to help others on their journey of healing! ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

“You can’t heal until you feel. By bringing consciousness (without judgement) to pain, pain transforms. Grief transforms to compassion and love, anger transforms to power, and fear transforms to enthusiasm.” -Kathleen Hanagan

    Meet Kathleen:

Kathleen Hanagan is spiritual teacher, modern mystic, psychotherapist, and author, whose work integrates the essential wisdom of the great spiritual traditions with scientific knowledge, 30 years working intimately with individuals, couples, and groups, and her own quest for liberation. Kathleen’s gift is her ability to translate esoteric knowledge into practical tools that help us navigate the stormy waters of the human journey. Her book, Loveseed: The Template To Birth A New World, teaches us how to live from the center of our being, and how to live our Soul’s purpose in full integrity and prosperity.

  • Social situations have always been a challenge for Harris Montanye. After years of practicing classic yoga and meditation, he realized this practice was creating a shell that kept him from engaging with others. That realization has thrown Harris on a path of self discovery and authenticity. A path where “interaction and community, now feel like the healthiest thing for me. It feels like I just ate a nourishing meal,” he says. Harris and I discuss his journey, his insights along the way and what is next in his life. Join me in a thoughtful and engaging discussion about engaging in your world.

How can your insecurities can make you curious? How can you engage in the world in a practical way? Why noticing your behaviors, actions and thinking boost your authenticity?

    Meet Harris:

Harris Montanye has his Bachelor's degree in psychology and has spent the last four years teaching and studying yoga. He is in his early twenties trying to find a way of living that is meaningful and authentic. In many ways he is lost and insecure trying to navigate the maze of life. He has found that the only way forward is to keep moving and to keep breathing. Knowing that sometimes the best movement is stillness and the greatest skill is being able to choose what you pay attention to.
