When your marketing and sales aren't aligned, how exactly does it affect your business?
It definitely inhibits growth because increasing revenue is the primary function of marketing and sales. There's no alternative. And it is impossible to predictably and systematically drive new business without it.
Unless you establish a process for consistently driving quality traffic and converting that traffic into leads, you have zero chance of getting new sales opportunities.
At OneIMS, we've created our proprietary business development formula: Acquisition + Retention = Growth. Besides using it to help our clients achieve their business goals, we also rely on it internally.
So what does this formula mean? How does it work? And how can you implement it in your company? Tune in for today's episode of the Growth Marketers Podcast!

What is content marketing? Well, if you’re a digital marketing veteran, then chances are that the answer to this question is probably already clear.
But for those of us who may be newer or less familiar with what content marketing really means in practice, let's take it back to basics and dive into everything there is to be known about it.

There are lots of different types of content you can create as part of your content marketing strategy. Some of the most popular include blog posts, ebooks, infographics, case studies, social media posts, and videos.
If you’re looking for a more strategic way to connect with your target audience, give content marketing a try. It may take a bit of effort to get started, but it can be well worth it in the long run.
