https://enlighteninglife.com/create-energetic-space/You have heard me use the phrase ‘create energetic space’ so many times over the years and I have explained it in various ways that include healing and release work. And that is true but once we get beyond the easy stuff then we move into the harder aspects of healing because like everything else, there is a core to what is making us feel stuck, disempowered, afraid, and confused. As you will learn it is something that eludes us because we are looking in other directions.
The key to healing is not more emotional release work, which is often the easy part. There is an energetic component to release work that is the final component, the answer to all of our sadness, and it is the most challenging release work we will ever do.
If you have had questions about why, in spite of years of release work, you just can’t get clear of everything that holds you back, this article will answer those questions, give you some action items to implement, and perhaps even start an energy inventory of what exactly is in your energetic space right now and what you may want to create space for.To begin, we have to acknowledge that everything is energy and everything has energy. Every thought and belief has its own energy. Try this experiment. Think of something wonderful that happened in your past. I’ll start – the time I was in an orchestra and played the piccolo solo in John Phillip Sousa’s ‘stars and Stripes Forever’ on a barge in the middle of a river. And I played it without making a single error. I had practiced for weeks and it had to be absolutely perfect or someone would notice. It was an honor to play it, an acknowledgement of my talent and skill as a musician, years of practice, and I wanted it to be perfect. And it was. I only played it one time that day but I got it exactly right.
How do you feel about what you just remembered? I feel fantastic, I am smiling, and I remember hitting that last note of that solo, so grateful that it was over and that I had played my solo perfectly. It was one of the more thrilling moments of my life.

https://enlighteninglife.com/september-2024-energy-report/Have you ever noticed that the holiday season creeps on us and while we think we have weeks to get ready all of a sudden it’s time to think of holiday celebrations, gifts, and decorations? As we enter September we are in that mode because although we have known for months that we would eventually arrive at the monumental re-entry of Pluto into Capricorn for its final visit, it happens this month.
In fact, it happens on the second day of the month, September 2, along with the new moon in Virgo.
September’s energy themes are the harvest, energetic restoration, congruent harmony, and divine restitution. Restitution or retribution – we will let the Universe decide.All of these events are connected to our ongoing ascension journey so we get it from all angles this month. Pluto’s journey into Capricorn lasts 10 weeks and covers only 1 degree but it is going to be powerful, meaningful, and eventful. It is not a time to be scared or to dread the future because it is an inevitable part of a big cycle which began with Pluto’s entry into Capricorn in 2008.
Starting September 2 we are going to be winding down this important Pluto cycle, which includes backfilling in the areas that were unearthed, disturbed, discovered, revealed, and pointed out during Pluto’s 16 year cycle. If you look at the geopolitical scene, that’s a lot of revelation and it began in 2008 when we were beginning to suspect that something was very wrong with the 3D reality we lived in but we had no idea where to even begin to figure out what it was.
Fast forward to 2024 and the conspiracy theories have proven to be fact, those who held them to be remarkably insightful and the world is awakening to a stark truth that all is not what it seems. That is Ok though because we are going to arrive at the truth and although it may be a windy road, we will arrive at the truth destination.
Meanwhile, we have strong energies in September beginning with the numerology. September is an 8 month (9 + 2024 = 17, 7+1=8). Not only is 8 known as the number of infinity, the yin and yang, the balance of light and dark, if you cut one side of the you get 9, the number which represents the end of the journey, the final destination. In numerology there are 9 numerals, no double digits.

https://enlighteninglife.com/mercury-retro-extravagant-necessary/If you follow me on facebook you know that my phone died yesterday. It just stopped working. The screen was black, it would not ring (I tried to call it), it would not turn off or on, I tried pushing all the buttons, nothing would make it respond. My first thought about why this happened was Mercury retrograde, as this is the kind of event that happens with Mercury retro and this one is particularly tricky. That realization did not fix my phone but it did remind me that everyone is susceptible to Mercury retro shenanigans, even someone who has Mercury retro in their natal astrology chart, like I do.
So I did what anyone today does when their phone dies (and it is their only mobile phone), I panicked. I called my carrier and ordered a new phone, paying extra to ship it next day air. I had an old tracfone that I tried to reactivate, and I searched online to find ways to make my phone work again.
I went to bed last night feeling rather glum about the whole situation. Now I am not tied to my phone, as in I am not using it 24 hours a day, I don’t take it into the bathroom with me, I turn it off at night, but it does come in handy for certain things like GPS and it is required to post some things on Instagram.
I felt rather lost, not being able to check my facebook page and Instagram account yesterday, to get phone calls and check my text messages. While I do not get that many texts, there is a difference between not checking them because I am busy and I will check them later and not being able to check them at all because my phone is not working.
And I sent my family members an email (from my computer) letting them know that if they called or texted and I did not respond it was because my phone was not working. This was especially important for my mother, who tends to panic and think the worst if I do not call her back within a reasonable amount of time, which in her estimation is about 20 minutes. And I have to share that I did this because a few years ago when I did not call her back immediately she called my children and other family members, certain that something dire had happened to me because she did not hear back from me right away. I later told her, after I called her upon receiving absolutely panicked calls from my children wondering whether I was still alive and not mortally wounded, that this was really not appropriate behavior.

https://enlighteninglife.com/energy-disruptorsIn more than 20 years of writing and over 5000 articles I have never discussed the topic of people and situations that disrupt our energy in one single article as I am going to do today. This is a difficult topic because we all have one or more of these energy disruptors in our lives. Whether it’s the family that rejects or judges you, friends who betray you, work or business colleagues who steal your work (I have a lot of experience in this area), people who are deliberately mean to you, are jealous of you, or who try to put you down in any way, or situations that drag you down, this is a very common occurrence in our lives.
What do we do about them? Some of these situations we cannot just leave and walk away from. Other situations and people must be confronted and dealt with. And some of these situations have no happy or benevolent outcome. Sometimes we react with anger to these situations that are so unfair and so undeserved and sometimes we let them create depression and helplessness. It is true that there may be nothing we can do about them, as they continue despite our best efforts, but we can make ourselves immune to their actions.
There is nothing that we can do about someone’s bad behavior because we cannot change what others think, say, or do. But we can learn to be aware of their behavior, prepare ourselves for it, arm ourselves against these energy disruptors, and learn to be energetically powerful and sovereign in spite of them.
This is where good intentions and our spiritual integrity meet the ugly side of 3D reality. If we are doing our work and doing the right things, shouldn’t we be able to avoid these kinds of situations? No, there has never been a promise of easy, trouble-free living with our spiritual work. And often the opposite is the case. The more involved we are in our spiritual work, the higher our frequency and vibration, the more committed we are to following the ascension path, the more we have to deal with these energy disruptors.
Blame it on the brightness of your light or the beauty of your energy frequency, we will have to deal with unpleasant people and situations that appear to have a singular purpose, to bring our energy down. It’s everywhere and even the spiritual community is full of these people and sad to say, the greed, jealousy, and sabotage that exists amongst spiritual teachers and workers can be disappointing.
Karen Bishop, who wrote the What’s Up on Planet Earth blog for many years, she quit writing after being frustrated with people stealing her work. It has happened to me too but I don’t quit, I go after these people and often prosecute them in court. I’ll share some of my stories of energy disruptors later in this article as an example of how this happens and what you can do about it. It’s a tough situation and it is very unfair to us but it happens and we need to deal with it.

https://enlighteninglife.com/august-2024-energy-report/July is over and we are now entering the 8th month of the year and in an 8 year we have a double 8 numerology (or 16) which creates a 7 vibration. Now 7 is supposed to be the number of introspection, the spiritual quest, contemplation, and inner work. But that’s not what I see for this month. I see the integration of energy downloads from July, intentional action, and new perspectives for our 5D energies – community, connection, creativity, collaboration, and cooperation.
We must be constantly looking for ways to integrate these energies into our lives and as our own 3D paradigms dis-integrate, we must be ready with these 5D energies to replace what is rapidly becoming unsustainable, intolerable, and incapable of energetic connection. How many people do you know experienced relationship endings in July?
I know of several clients and friends who decided that their relationships with certain people or situations were over and they were finished with the pain and challenges they were facing. And they don’t regret their decisions either. They knew it was time and they acted decisively and quickly, something they were not ready to do before. The only thing that changed was the timing – remember July was all about descension, energy coming in to help us move forward in any way we need to so we can live in a more high vibes way.
It’s time for energetic freedom and this is one part of it – releasing ourselves from the relationships and life situations in which we feel that we are in bondage, oppressed, where we are energetically unbalanced, manipulated, used, and unappreciated (except for what we give them). Those days are over and in this new 5D paradigm we simply are not willing to tolerate any kind of behavior that doesn’t support and add to our joy, and that is out of energetic integrity and alignment with us.

https://enlighteninglife.com/peril-power-pote…l-transformation/As I've been talking about for the last few months, we had a very interesting series of aspects and so much energy focused on our transformational friend Pluto in the last few weeks. This week begins with the energetic resonance of the Full Moon at 29 Capricorn which just happened on July 21st. Now this was part of an Alpha Omega portal that began on June 21st with the first full moon at one degree of Capricorn.
Why is Capricorn so important now? Because we have had the Capricorn influence since 2008 and within that period the historic US and global Pluto return occurred in 2022. Even though Pluto entered Aquarius in January 2024 it will retrograde into Capricorn in September through mid-November, hitting just that final 29 degree mark, the same degree of this full moon, and then move into Aquarius for good, not to return to Capricorn for 250 years. This is a monumental time.
We are seeing the transition and transformation of the Capricorn paradigm, the corporatocracy, the 3D paradigm of power, control, corruption, competition, deceit, and deception which was brought to our attention in extreme detail since Pluto has been in Capricorn. This is the final countdown of ascension, the final revelation of the true nature of 3D which we need to see so we can do the work of dis-integrating it for a new 5D paradigm, which is what ascension provides.
Since 3D is our paradigm this integration work is not done for us, it is done in partnership with us, we must do the dis-integration work of 3D so we can integrate 5D energy and we are doing this on both the individual and collective levels. It’s a lot of work, I know. It’s tiring and can be depressing, it’s hard to stare evil in the face and bring in the light. But that is where we are and it is what we are doing.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. Much more is happening and don’t worry, it is all supportive of our ascension work and 5D integration. As you know, if you have been following me on facebook, this period is also punctuated with the rare and historic Mars, Uranus, and Algol conjunction at 26 Taurus which happened the week of July 15. This particular aspect has only happened 5 times in 2500 years so yes, it is special. And the Uranus/Algol conjunction continues through May 2025, so it is just starting.

http://enlighteninglife.com/july-2024-energy-report/July is one of the hottest months of the year and in the US we also celebrate Independence Day on July 4 and France’s Independence day is July 14. I think this year’s celebrations will have special significance as we celebrate a new level of spiritual and energetic independence that will be tangible on a 3D level. We are being liberated from the darkness of the 3D paradigm and introduced to the light, freedom, and sovereignty of 5D.
You can get excited about these events but don’t just sit and wait for them to happen because as you will see, it is a process of energy movement, paradigm shifts, and transition which includes releasing what does not serve us, for good. No more turning back. This is a time for cleanup and clear out of energies so we can be ready for the action of August and September. Things may get a little intense in this period but chaos is a byproduct of dis-integration and that is what happens with awakening – the reality we are part of dis-integrates (comes apart) because the old energy no longer supports the shifting reality.
This is where our discernment becomes important as we sift through what is right for us and what is no longer relevant to our new paradigms. Now this process will be different for everyone so do not look at what someone else is experiencing and try to gauge your experience relative to theirs. We’re all on our individual paths even if we are on the same journey.
July is a 6 month in numerology (7 + 2024 = 15 and 1 + 5 = 6). 6 is the number of descension, when energy descends to us which we can also call downloads. And they will be big this month. First because so many people are awakening and demanding transformation and second because we are also shifting out of old 3D paradigms and into new frequencies. The more open we are to receiving new energy the more energy we receive.Think of the Universe as a vast pool of energy at every frequency that just waits for us to be open to receiving more energy at higher frequencies. Whatever we are ready for, ask for, and can align with, we will receive. This energy has immediate consequences with everything everywhere. And that’s because there is so much desire for change, balance, congruence, and 5D community and connection, that the energy is fulfilling a need and it gets used right away. Everything is changing now and very quickly too, as you can see in your own lives.

https://enlighteninglife.com/june-2024-energy-report/We are in the 6th month of the year and if it feels like you’re just barely recovering from January hold on tight because June is a month of wild times, wild energy, wild cards, and everything else. For many months I have been saying that June is the month when we will see momentous changes happening at every level, individual and collective. Pay attention to the changes going on in the world around you as you process the changes in your own life.
One of the aspects of 3D/5D ascension integration is the harmonization of the individual and collective so that there is the emergence of unanimity – the concept of the single soul. This is not being the same, it is being sourced from the same Source. We are all part of the Source soul, our Source of light. But we are each individual and individualized expressions of that Source soul.
This is not the ‘singularity of man and computer as envisioned by the cartoonish figurehead of the WEF, this is the full alignment and embodiment of ourselves as expressions of the Source soul and light. This becomes a new potential in June and we will see a new level of connection, community, and cooperation (all 5D energies) this month.June is also the month named after the Roman goddess Juno, representing marriage, fertility, and love and in some ways women’s empowerment. This is why June is the traditional marriage month. She was the wife of Jupiter, king of the gods, after all. June was also the daughter of Saturn, probably not the world’s best father figure. Interesting that we celebrate Father’s Day this month too. At a time when women and their identities are being assaulted and usurped at every level, this is a time to reclaim female sovereignty and its expression as the unique domain of women. June is our guide in this process.
A return to Source and re-sourcing our energy is this month’s energy theme as we reclaim our energy and simultaneously move into its 5D expression starting the first of the month, more on that later.
June 2024 has a numerology value of 5 which is the number of transformation. 5 is between the 4 of stability and the grounded energy body – body, mind, emotions, and spirit – and the descension of 6, when we bring in the new energies necessary to align our intention for material transformation with spiritual expansion.
5 is the number of transition between spiritual and material, the integration of human and spirit, the embodiment of our human self with our divine Self. And through this we are able to express our embodiment of the integration of 5D into 3D. This Is the day to day ascension journey – it is not the unicorn and fairy land of the unrealistic ideal that many people teach. As I always say, “ascension is an integration, not a takeover.”
5 is an awkward number and it requires release or expansion to feel balanced. That’s why its transformational potential is so important. We either go back to the stability of our comfort zone we can find with a 4, or we step it up to embrace spiritual expansion with a 6. Either way, a 5 month is focused on transformation to create what I call the ABC of Energy mastery – Alignment, Balance, and Congruence.
We begin June with a rare and potent aspect, Jupiter in Gemini trine (120 degrees) Pluto in Aquarius and it’s exact to the degree and second. I could not find a historical instance of this aspect in over 2000 years. Here we have the themes of 5D integration, spiritual growth and maturity, karma release, and new paradigms. As I have been writing about the spiritual trifecta with Jupiter, Venus, and Neptune for the past three weeks, this takes it one step farther because Jupiter rules Gemini’s opposite sign of Sagittarius so it is injecting a higher vibe of alignment, balance, and congruence into Gemini – a sign that can be undone with confusion, doubt, and indecision.
This sets the tone for June’s energy.

If you haven’t figured it out by now we had 20 X Class solar flares last week – yes 20 and that was not all, we also had dozens of M and C class solar flares. It was a week to remember. The excitement doesn’t happen at the time of the solar flares though, it happens afterwards, when we have to process the energy we have been bombarded with. Some people feel this more than others but everyone is impacted in some way.
We start a new week of charm, potential, and a little bit of luck as we finally break the Aries/Taurus logjam only to move part of it to Gemini. So we move from action and value to communication and karma. The fun doesn’t stop. But seriously, we are in a good position to make strong headway on our ascension path with all of the resources we have available to us. And we have a spiritual trifecta with Venus, Jupiter, and Neptune! It’s a blessed, lucky week so gear up, fly high, and shine on.

https://enlighteninglife.com/may-2024-energy-report/If you wonder why I always put the year in the monthly Energy Reports it’s because I have over 10 years of energy reports on the website and two files cannot have the same name. So I had to choose between giving each one a different name (other than Energy Report) or adding the year to the name which is what I decided to do. I started writing these energy reports as our downloads and shifts started to become more frequent and more defined. They have always given insights as to the nature of the month’s potential and the central energetic theme.
My monthly energy reports are my most read, shared, and downloaded articles every month and I know many of you look forward to them. I know others write monthly energy reports, copying my format and messaging. While I do not like it when others steal my ideas and work, they serve their audiences according to their energy and if that means appropriating ideas, concepts, and information from others to do so, in the end their karma will catch up with them.
You may not have noticed (but you probably did) that at 11:00PM Universal time on April 30, just before May began, we had an X-Class solar flare which I thought was a great way to usher in a new month and cut ties to the old one. We also had a rare and potent astro aspect that is our example of ascension because it involves the divine masculine and divine feminine. More on that in a minute.
May is the 5th month of the year and in an 8 year (2024) that is a 13 or a 4. Now pay attention to 13 because it is a mystical number, not unlucky. 13 is one step beyond our 12 dimensions, it is the number of universal alchemy, and the number of full embodiment of faith and form, which we also call human and material.
In numerology we add any double digits so 1 + 3 = 4 and that is the number of stability, aligned action, guided determination, and formation. April was a 3 month which fosters creativity and ideas, in which what we thought we knew was dis-integrated to make way for new thoughts and ideas. Now we can put those into play. I saw a lot of friendships and relationships dissolve in April and many were past their prime, held together by thin threads of hope and expectations but something pushed them over the edge and that was one of the byproducts of the April 8 eclipse.
May opens with a fabulous expression of divine masculine and divine feminine energy with Mars moving from Pisces into Aries (its astro home) and Venus moving into Taurus (its astro home) from Aries. Both of these planets moved from their natural 12th to the first house. I will give you an overview here and if you are in the Core 4 Pillars of Karma program, I am adding it to the curriculum because it’s a great way to learn more about your karma path.
Your natural 12th is the house before your Sun placement, and I believe it refers to your karma, life lessons, and the healing and overall purpose of your lifetime. If you are an Aries Sun sign and your sun is in the 6th house then Pisces, the 5th house, is your natural 12th.

I looked through my 21 year article archive which contains over 5000 articles and various pieces of content and I do not think I have ever written about this topic before. Maybe because until the last 5 to 6 years we had to exist in a spiritual bubble because that is how we did our energy work and maintained our energetic balance.
But now things are different. We are well into the ascension path, we are present in far greater numbers and the collective energy frequency is very high, we have done a lot of 5D integration into 3D so the density is not the problem. So what is going on?
I recently posted on social media that we are seeing the fully polarized 3D earth grid, dark vs light. At one end we have the full darkness of 3D density and at the other end we have 5D light and energy and there is a big energy gap in between. We are moving into duality, which is multi-dimensionality.
This is the concept of ‘heaven on earth’ and we are now able to integrate both 3D and 5D, no more separation or veil between the spiritual and material worlds.
Polarity and duality are not the same thing, which I have been saying for years. The words do not even mean the same thing, look them up. So when I hear people using the terms polarity and duality in the same sentence to describe the separation between the spiritual and material worlds it is irritating and annoying. They do not know what they are talking about and if they bothered to look up the words they would know that.
We are moving out of polarity and into duality, which is full multi-dimensionality, the ability to integrate multiple dimensions into our reality. It’s still in early stages which is why you can feel off balance, out of synch, you drop things, stumble, or fall because your sense of space is altered. With practice that will improve and get easier to manage. For now, be careful and pay attention to your physical surroundings because when you are operating on a multi-dimensional level it is easy to hurt yourself, drop things, or lose your sense of your physical space. We do a lot of this integration work during our daily coma naps but it can happen to us during the day too.
This polarizing of our 3D reality is plain and clear and we see it in a growing awareness of the illusion we have known as our reality and truth that has been hidden. read the rest of this article on the blog at this link.

https://enlighteninglife.com/karma-trauma-worms-light/ https://enlighteninglife.com/karma-trauma-worms-light/I got the title for this article and podcast from research on US legislation I had to do so I could write a course for the University of Phoenix, whose e-business program I wrote in the early 2000s. A few years after the Patriot Act was enacted they had asked me to research and report on data safeguarding requirements under the Patriot Act. One of the requirements was called the WORM process, where WORM stands for Write Once Read Many. This process required that data could be written once and never changed but it could be read unlimited times. Once you entered the data it was permanently inscribed and could not be altered. But you could look at that data as many times as you wanted to.
What an appropriate concept for how we process and handle our karma and trauma. We write it into our energy field once at the time it happened, and then we read it over and over again, each time we are in a similar situation. If you want to create your high vibes, joyful life you need to understand your WORMs of karma and trauma and deal with them. Now is better than later and a lot better than never.
How do you write karma and trauma into your energy field? Let me ask you a question – do you remember the last time you had an interaction with someone in your life who has always been a source of irritation, annoyance, frustration, and anxiety? Are you afraid of repeating this behavior with each interaction? Do you dread talking to them because you know that it’s going to be another rehash of why you’re a terrible, no-good, bad, inept, untalented, unattractive, and unsuccessful person?
Do you remember the first time they made you feel that way? You wrote that experience once into your energy field and every time you think about, see, or talk to that person, that old data comes up, that situation gets repeated, and all of the energy around it rises to the surface and starts eating away at your joy, peace, and peace of mind, heart, and spirit.
What came first, the energy or the experience? In this lifetime it’s the energy , in past lifetimes it’s the experience. Now it’s your turn, think of someone in your life who is a challenge and what makes them challenging. Do you remember the first time it happened? Now go farther back in your memory.
Was there ever a time when you felt comfortable around them or did you always feel that you had something to prove with them, that they were a threat to you, toxic, or even dangerous? Welcome to your karma.
Now that you know what this is and how it works, let’s look at your WORMs of karma and trauma. We will look at the past and at your hidden and not so hidden fears, anxieties, doubts, and challenges.
Here we will use what I call the miracle cancelling words from my Miracle Mastery course and my book 30 Days to Everyday Miracles. These words cancel your miracles because they are critical, judgmental, negative, and blaming. Words like never, should, should have, did not, cannot, and others judge you for not doing something – not making the right choices, decisions or moves, taking action too late or too soon, missing opportunities, being afraid, not getting approval, and more.

https://enlighteninglife.com/april-2024-energy-report/It’s a new month and if you’re still wondering what happened in March, you won’t have too much time to think about it because April is a new vibe with a lot of action even though the month starts with the beginning of another Mercury retrograde. Isn’t it interesting that 2024 started with the end of the last 2023 Mercury retrograde and Mercury retrograde is all about review, reconsider, release, restart, and let’s not forget rest and relax. We have a new month, a big eclipse, we’re already in the eclipse portal, and we are seeing ascension action all around us even if it does look very weird right now.
April is a 4 month in an 8 year so we have a 12 or 3 vibe (1+2=3) which is highly creative, communicative, and connected. 3 represents the divine trinity body, mind, and spirit or human, higher self, and Source, the holy trinity in the Christian church is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. And Nicola Tesla famously said ‘if you understand the significance of 3, 6, and 9 you understand the key to the universe.” That may not happen in its entirety this month but we can make a good start.
The first gift of April is Mercury retrograde, which starts April 1. It’s in Aries, which could be a real annoyance for all Aries or any action takers but we have Aries’ ruler Mars in Pisces, which creates an Alpha Omega portal and that is going to be a source of inspiration and not frustration and vexation. This will serve to slow us down so we can consider all options, take a 360 view of every situation, instead of just looking at what is right in front of us or trying to get away from what is chasing us, and not only consider multiple modes of action BUT also different potentials. If letting go is your option, do that. But if that is not your only option, then consider new and different potentials as a solution. It’s time to uplevel and rise up.
How many of you are creatures of habit, you do the same things in the same way all of the time, just like your parents or family did, and their parents and family before them did?. Do you remember my story about the grapefruit and how I did not know that it is possible to peel a grapefruit like an orange? I share it in the podcast and while it is about how a new way of eating grapefruit was revealed to me, but it’s more about what we don’t know because no one we know knows enough to know that there is a different way to be or to do things.
Mercury retrograde is also an opportunity for us to use our intuition, to refer to our inner guidance, and to give ourselves the energy, time, and space to reconsider, review, refer, renew, and relax when we’re faced with choices and decisions. Yes we generally have to re-do things done in Mercury retro but that’s usually because we get too hasty and we don’t listen to or heed the intuition warning signs that ask us to slow down and pause.

https://enlighteninglife.com/equinox-elevate-expand/I know that I talk a lot about the energy movements and you know it’s because you feel them too. From the time I started my website and newsletters in February 2004, energy assessment has been a big part of the process. Who remembers when we would get big energy downloads that would flatten us for 2 or 3 days? I do. I also remember the fatigue, nausea, and lack of motivation that we would have to fight through.
We are still doing that on a much different level and as we have now moved through the wretched, wrecking Pluto in Capricorn years, from 2008 to 2023, we are now in a stronger, wiser, and more balanced place. That is if we have fully recovered because those were rough times, they were for me anyway.
We are entering the Spring Equinox week, which is the start of the new astrology calendar. In the natural world the calendar should begin with March and the Equinox, as it did in Roman times. In fact, this was the calendar until 1751 when it was changed by the UK Parliament.
But this is no ordinary Equinox, it has several energy aspects that are going to add new elements to the existing volatile mix of energies.
We have the Spring Equinox in a good aspect with Pluto in Aquarius. The Equinox is the start of Aries season and action oriented Aries just loves freedom oriented Aquarius so that’s a good thing. It is also going to expand our desire for freedom in all ways - energetic, emotional, physical, mental, and creatively on both the personal and collective levels.
We have two Alpha Omega portals that encompass the entire zodiac happening this week. I introduced this concept at least 10 years ago when I noticed that particular energy aspects created a lot of opportunity for endings and beginnings. Normally involving a two new moons at the first and last degrees of a sign, they also include aspects which feature Aries and Pisces, as we have now.
The first Alpha Omega portal is with the Equinox in Aries and Mars, as Mars rules Aries. You have the sign ruled by Mars in prominence for 30 days and Mars, Aries’ ruler, moving into Pisces just days after the Equinox.
The second Alpha Omega portal has been in effect since mid-July 2023 and it’s highlighted now with Chiron, and it’s the moon North Node in Aries and Neptune in Pisces. While the Nodes are a mathematical point, they are considered to be the first aspect of the zodiac chart and are quite important in the energetics of the moment. This Alpha Omega portal is a collective call to spiritual awareness and it is certainly contributing to the awakening we are seeing every day.A growing call to spiritual maturity and to integrate more of our spirituality into our humanity. This is not about wearing beads and flowing robes and going vegan, this is a full integration of our spiritual self into the entirety of our energy field.
We associate the ‘third eye’ with spiritual sight and insight but what about the rest of the body and the energy centers? How do they participate? When do we bring them in? In the past we have not even considered this but now it’s part of the process and it also involves the integration of self and Self, human and divine, material and spiritual. We’re in new and uncharted territory here, as this is part of our 5D energy integration. It is also what I am introducing with the 5D I AM Paradigm program, learn more about that here.This call to spiritual maturity, grounding, and balance is the contribution that Saturn in Pisces is making. I am not one of those who think this is a ‘bad’ aspect, not at all. It is a very disciplining aspect, the result of Saturn’s 30 year cycle through the 12 zodiac houses, forcing each one to stand up and pay attention and do its very best. Go back to January 1994 to know when Saturn’s journey in Pisces started, that was when this spiritual cycle began.
And we are in an eclipse window which starts with the full moon eclipse on March 25 and then the celebrated total eclipse on April 8. The excitement is building.

There’s so much going on in March that it is hard to know where to begin. If you have been following my facebook posts I shared one of my favorite orchestral pieces, the Parade of the Charioteers from the movie Ben-Hur. It is a piece I have played a lot when I played in orchestras and it is one of the most majestic, inspiring musical compositions. This is how I see the month of March entering the stage. I have posted a link to the Andre Rieu orchestra playing on the blog page below.
There is a lot happening in March, including an eclipse, Mercury shadow retro, the spring equinox, and easter. I will start with the numbers not because they are more important than anything else but because when we have a month or year with an 11 value a lot of things are going on. March is the 3rd month in an 8 value year, and that’s an 11. Now we will have another 11 month in December 2024, so bear in mind what you learn about this month because we get a repeat of this energy in December. I know that seems far off but it is only 8 months from now. Look at how quickly the year has gone by already (well, at least parts of it).
11 is a master number and the number of the spiritual initiate. This is the beginning of our initiation into spiritual integrity – not learning about spirituality but actually becoming the synergy of human and divine, spiritual and material, the integrated 3D/5D paradigm that is the soul mission of this lifetime.
When we work with the 11 energy we have to learn to integrate a spiritual perspective into everything and start thinking of ourselves as aligned with spirit. Sidebar here – we do not need to master spirit, go back 1000 lifetimes and try to figure out where it all began, get rid of the ego (this is very bad advice), find another thing to heal, go on silent retreats (I would never even consider that), spend hours in meditation, or fast for a month (also not a good idea).
Those activities are fine if we want to satisfy our curiosity about how much torture we can take, but they do not have any long term value when it comes to the step on our ascension path that we are being presented with and that is full integration – the merging of spiritual and material which creates a new paradigm of evolution.

When I talk about dreams here I am not referring to the visions you have during your sleep that provide explanations, insight, and sometimes foreshadow events in your life. I am talking about the vision for your life, the plans, goals, wishes, and hopes that you have for what you want to be and to become, what you want in your life, and what you want to accomplish. If this subject makes you uncomfortable, you’re not alone. So often our dreams and vision for our life are met with judgment, ridicule, dismissal, criticism, denial.
And when that happens we think we’re wrong, our dreams are bad or wrong, so we set them aside and do what is acceptable and accepted.
A few years ago I shared the quote ‘Dreams are the music your life dances to’. How many of you are dancing or have you become permanent wallflowers, no longer dancing because the music of your soul has been silenced? You can occasionally hear the music of your dreams but it is quickly silenced by your fears and past disappointments. When are you going to start dancing to the music of your dreams again?
How many of your dreams have you hidden away from everyone, even yourself, because you were afraid to show and to share them? What have you thought about every day and wished it would happen but silently and secretly feared it would not? Who do you share these dreams with that will regard them with the same anticipation and potential that you do? Probably no one.
Well, you could share them with me and I would be happy to help you expand them into a beautiful reality. But that positive audience is probably very limited and maybe you’re even still remembering the criticism or ridicule you received long ago and you don’t want to go through that again.
The problem is that all of you who are ascension pioneers came here to share your dreams and visions, to expand your reality and realize these bold dreams. But you also thought that sharing them and getting acknowledgement, approval, and support of those in your soul group would be part of the process. Unfortunately, the same people who hold you back today have always been your biggest detractors, your biggest judges, and your most vocal critics.

It’s February and we are witnessing a change of the guard in many ways. This new month is really the fresh start we were hoping for this year because January was full of loose ends, clearing up unfinished business, major setbacks, and very heavy energy. That wasn’t surprising given that we were closing up the Pluto in Capricorn cycle, a 16 year process of upending everything in our 3D material world and preparing us for massive change on the individual and collective levels. Now that that’s over, we can start looking forward to the promise of fresh starts and new beginnings of the powerful 8 year that is 2024.
In February we find ourselves in Aquarius territory and with Pluto just beginning its 20 year transit there, that energy gets an extra special blessing and attention. I don’t agree with those who say that Pluto is the planet of death, destruction, and misery. Pluto only destroys that which we have put off destroying and points out what should have been dead long ago because it is way past its use by date. Pluto prunes the dead wood, but it doesn’t touch the viable growth unless what is getting its attention is rotten from the core, then all bets are off and Pluto does what it does best – raze everything to the ground so we can start over. Haven’t we seen quite a lot of that in the past 5 years?
February 2024 ushers in a 10 vibration which is the number of fresh starts and action from a place of pure potential. Simply put, it’s a time for a return to the basics, setting intention and creating miracles. Manifestation is a strong point of February but not the kind that gets us out of a jam, the kind that requires us to acknowledge our mastery and start using our energy in ways that benefit us in both the short and long term. I have been talking for a long time about how we need to stop the healing cycles, acknowledge our own path, and start moving forward in our own direction.
I know that is hard to do when we are noticing how much people around us need help and support but it’s time to draw the line and make your energy boundaries strong.
In February the messages is to Embrace Enlightenment as we enter this new Age of Enlightenment. But that’s a topic with many variations. As we enlighten ourselves, which means to light up our own lives, we can discover a lot of things hidden in the dark recesses where we put them so many years or lifetimes ago. Long forgotten dreams, delayed goals, plans set aside because of time, timing, events, and life itself. It’s time to get those out of their dark closets and re-visit them.
Is there something you have always wanted to do, to become, or to experience? Now’s the time to consider it. Even if you are not ready to take action right now, those old dreams and goals are going to become important this year and next, so give them some room to expand.

It is January and we are in a year that promises fresh starts and new beginnings. After the heavy energy of the last 4 years, and especially that of 2023, we are ready for anything that is not a repeat of the past. But before we try to move ahead too quickly January’s energy will be sending us reminders that any old business which crops up requires our attention and resolution. Completion and closure are especially important now and if we don’t want a repeat of the past we will have to give it some attention now and then.
This newsletter marks my 21st year of writing and sharing these insights, resources, and information with the world. Little did I know, when I was first contacted in October 2003 by Archangel Uriel, that I would be doing this work for over 2 decades. To be honest, I thought it would be about 6 months and then I would continue with my career in business and technology. In fact, all I wanted to do was to be ‘a senior VP of IT in a fortune 50 company.’ Just goes to show that the Universe has its own plans. I don’t regret any of it, it has been an honor and a privilege to be part of this ascension cycle. But it has had its moments and we have shared a lot together.
And when I was sharing the GPS 2024 theme of the SHIFT with my guides, I had to laugh because the first series I wrote in February 2004 with the first newsletter was on the shift, so we have come full circle.
In the 8 year that is 2024 January’s 1 energy makes this month a 9 vibe which is the number of completion. So yes there will be times when we have to go over old ground as we prepare for new paths. That is not a bad thing, it’s simply part of life. The difference now is we can truly put the past in the past where it belongs and not have it crop up at the most inconvenient times and disrupt the present, preventing us from moving forward.

My annual predictions are a deep dive into the energetic potential of the new year and I have been writing them for over 15 years. Every year, since we began this ascension cycle in late 2003 has been another level of our journey, each one has provided us with a new perspective on our mission, purpose, learning, healing, and evolution. Each one has had its challenges and its blessings, its good times, and its bad times. There were times when things looked very dark, as they have especially during the last 4 years, and somehow we managed to turn a corner and elevate to a new energy level.
In the December Energy Report I wrote that we are at a pinnacle and a precipice, the pinnacle represents the final point in this journey, and the precipice is the abyss that is the ‘other’ option because at this juncture there is no gray area, it is an ‘either/or’ proposition. This is not a doom and gloom prediction, just a statement of the situation as it is. But we know where we will finish because we always have the light and another level of ascension and evolution to move us forward.
We cannot talk about the new year in 2024 without mentioning one of its huge turning points, the entry of Pluto into Aquarius on January 21. Pluto’s long transit in Capricorn was our ascension testing ground, and it did test us in many ways. In 2020 we had a rare Saturn/Pluto conjunction which set off the lessons in darkness and tyranny that challenged us on every level. But 2 years later we had the Jupiter/Neptune conjunction in Pisces, a rare event that heralds spiritual awakening.
Once again we had the light to guide our way out of the darkness and while we did not exit that part of the journey without some scratches and bruises, we did not fall into the abyss – although it felt like it came close.
Our ascension journey is not a straight line, it is a spiral. And we eventually reach the top of the spiral, as we have now. At that pinnacle point we can move into a new dimensional level, and this is where we are at the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024. The finish line becomes the new starting point.
We have a new year celebration every January but this year is different, you can already feel the excitement of a new beginning, a fresh start, and a new paradigm. Maybe it’s because we have been through every challenge and limitation and problem in the past 4 years that we could possibly endure and we are at the end of that path and surprise, we are still standing (mostly).
2024 has some powerful energies, big opportunities, great potential, and tough choices. We really do have to limit how we’re using our energy now and who and what we are sharing it with. And forget all of that healing work, we are quickly moving away from the martyred healer work and into Empowered Mastery. But that comes with a few guidelines, such as managing our expectations of ourselves and of others, being more congruent with our own potential, and having clear and direct intentions that we resonate with.
Intention is so important in 2024 that it is part of the 2024 theme of the SHIFT, more on that in a minute. Equally as important as intention is resonance, the energetic balance and synergy which ensures that what we are intending is energetically aligned with us in every way. For a long time we have created energetic balance with our own energy resources but we can no longer do that as the energy gaps are too big and our own new paradigms are too compelling.
We want to be in joy, harmony, and flow, and we cannot do that when we are parsing out our energy to heal, fix, and encourage others to become energetically aligned with us. I know it is hard to relinquish a healing path we have followed for lifetimes but we cannot have 5D energetic congruence if we are stuck in 3D karma healing missions. Many of us have experienced that in the past few years.

I am happy to see 2023 end and I know many of you are too. This year has been tough but so have the past 4 years. Since 2020 we have been undergoing vast changes in the fundamental fabric of our reality, the dis-integration of 3D and the integration of 5D. But the truth is we entered this paradigm shift in 2008, when Pluto entered Capricorn, starting the second global revolution against 3D, the previous one happened in 1762.
If this has changed your life in every way, don’t worry, 2024 is going to bring relief and restitution but this does not involve bringing back what we lost. That is gone forever, especially whatever was firmly rooted in 3D. What we have access to now is the ascended reality, the 5D paradigm, and new levels of awareness, enlightenment, and truth.
This final week of 2024 features the final full moon of the year, a powerhouse of energy with no less than 4 Alpha Omega Portals and another farewell to the Pluto in Capricorn generation. At a time when everyone is home celebrating the holidays with family and friends, how fitting that this year’s full moon is in Cancer, the sign that rules the home and emotions.
2024 brings some monumental changes to the individual and global paradigms so get ready to step up your intention and manifestation, especially the part that involves what you receive and how you expand your reality because you are the central beneficiary in this new paradigm and your well-being is your key to success, joy, peace, love, and abundance.
To anchor in this new energy and reality we need to look at how we describe these aspects because they are not appropriate for what we are moving into. I have always said that the idea of consciousness was limited because what we are really graduating into energetically is awareness. Someone who is breathing and whose eyes are open is called conscious. But when we raise our vibe, expand our field of potential, and create new possibilities for our reality, we move from consciousness to awareness. This is where we are now. Awareness happens after awakening, realization, and often, a hard dose of truth. Haven’t we had a lot of that since 2020?
What is truth? It is whatever we believe is true. There is the spiritual Truth which is the truth of energy, frequency, and vibration. Everything else is an individual opinion, judgment, or an interpretation of truth. We all have our own truth and that is what we believe is true. It does not matter if no one else believes us because our truth is true for us. The problem happens when we try to justify our truth by getting others to join in and believe us, to ratify our truth by making it part of their own truth. That doesn’t go over too well.
