I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone, especially my husband Dan, who has been a part of my hiking journey. To all of you who have joined me on the trails, cheered from afar, shared advice, and supported my vision to inspire and empower through nature—thank you. Your encouragement fuels my passion for the outdoors and reminds me of the power of community, strength, and resilience. This journey wouldn’t be the same without each of you, and I'm truly grateful for every step we’ve taken together!

Thank you for inspiring me to pick up a camera and learn what all those buttons do, one of these days I will eventually learn to be a photographer 🙂Thank you to my parents for catching me whenever I fell, and for the outdoor adventures that instilled in me a love of all things nature. Thank you to my brother for a lifetime of memories and shenanigans, and for all the beers around the firepit whilst reliving them and waxing poetic about the injustices of the world.

To my wife who has stuck with me through thick and thin, I love you so much and thank you for understanding that being outdoors is balm for my soul. Thank you for being my shield when I’m most vulnerable, and thank you for supporting me in yet another hobby rabbit hole 😂 ...
To my three sons, I’m so proud of the who you are growing to be and truly appreciate our time together on and off the trail. While it saddens me to know our time together will lessen as you grow into adulthood, I am also excited for the adventures you will pursue and the good that you will bring into the world.
