Jack and Sandy Hempfling served as Lead Pastor and Care Pastor in LeRoy, New York for over 20 years. They also served the Elim Fellowship network of ministers as Regional Director for over 10 years.
They will be teaching together on this week's leadership zoom meeting. Their topic will be: "Providing an Atmosphere in Which Those Under our Ministry May Flourish."

Tom Brazell has served as a church planter and pastor of congregations in New York, Maryland, Georgia, and New Jersey. In his 45 years of ministry with the Elim Fellowship network, he has been a pastor to pastors, serving as an Area Representative in the Maryland and New Jersey Region, and later as a Regional Representative in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
He, his wife, Judy, and family, also served as missionaries in the Democratic Republic of Congo (known then as Zaire.) Tom was the International Ministry Director for Elim Fellowship for a total of 18 years. As such, he has traveled extensively to many nations representing Elim Fellowship. Tom has been an Elder of Elim Fellowship since 1994.
He retired as the International Ministries Director in 2018, and now he and his wife travel to encourage pastors and leaders in ministry. Tom and Judy will celebrate 50 years of marriage later this year!

This week Rev. Jason Holland, President of Joshua Nations will be teaching. Jason is a graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute and Jacksonville Theological Seminary with degrees in Theology and Psychology. Jason also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Regent University. Currently, Jason is pursuing a Doctorate of Theology. Over the past 25 years, Jason has traveled to 74 nations with focused training on discipleship, church planting, and leadership.

Dr. Scott T. Bottoms and his wife Linda have been pastoring Church at Briargate since June 2012. They have three children, Jonathan, Isaac and Emily. Pastor Scott earned his BA from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, his MA from Denver Seminar and then his DM in from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 2011. He has a passion for seeing souls come to know Christ and develop a personal relationship with Him. His wife Linda serves as the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network Women's Ministry Director. Dr. Scott has shared with our group several times on Wednesdays and has also been one of our key guests on our Signs of The Times Podcast.

Jodi Seidler is a gifted minister and communicator in high demand to speak in churches, leadership conferences, young adult and youth events. She served with Campus Target for 9 years, with her time split between living in Asia and living in America, with a focus on reaching young adults for Christ.
She is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute & College (where she met her husband Alex) and Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary. They have been involved in evangelism, discipleship and church planting and together they lead the Elim Fellowship Global Ministries Department, where she focuses her work on International Growth in Missions.
She is ordained through Elim Fellowship and has a heart to see non-believers believe, disciples disciple, and leaders lead. Whenever she ministers, her passion for people to encounter Jesus Christ comes through the message.

Our Joshua Nations team is excited to welcome Rev. Merrily Madero!
Merrily is an ordained Minister (Assemblies of God) and is called to preach, teach and serve around the world! She splits her time between Colorado Springs, Colorado, St Helen, Michigan, and Québec City, Canada.
She has lived in six countries, traveled to 106 countries, and has led over 30 different short-term international mission trips. She is an experienced preacher and teacher, preaching at numerous churches around the world, teaching at Bible colleges in the USA and Singapore, and leading Bible studies for over 25 years.
Merrily has a B.A. in Theology from Life Christian University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. She also has three M.S. degrees in Personnel Management, National Resource Strategy, and Military Science. Merrily has competed extensive training on Islam history and Muslim beliefs.
Merrily predominantly does ministry in South East Asia, but also ministers where she’s needed all around the world. Merrily travels to Singapore yearly to teach at the School of Leadership, Tung Ling Bible School, and preach at several churches.
Also, through a volunteer partnership with Resource Exchange International (REI), Merrily regularly works in Vietnam, teaching several leadership-related classes at 14 different universities and several hospitals in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Merrily also partners with A Neue Now Ministry and Consuming Fire Ministries to teach and train pastors and leaders in Pakistan.
Merrily is President of Merrily Madero Ministries, M3 International, a 501(C)3 non profit organization, which offers numerous biblical and secular leadership training courses. She teaches basic and advance leadership courses, time management, strategic planning, team building, conflict management, ministry in the marketplace, and becoming a person of influence (a 360 degree leaders' course). She teaches other topics by request. Merrily is the author of “The Truth About Consequences,” and collaborated in “Kingdom Chronicles, Tales of Guts, Glory, and Spiritual Authority.”

Our Joshua Nations team is excited to welcome Dr. Delron Shirley. Dr. Delron Shirley is founder and president of Teach All Nations Mission, an evangelical educational ministry. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Charis Bible College in Colorado Springs and serves as a consultant for Every Home for Christ in their discipleship department.
Before moving to Colorado, Delron served for twenty-five years as dean of World Harvest Bible College and Indiana Christian University and worked as-a chaplain in Yosemite National Park.
The ministry of Teach All Nations Mission takes him and his wife throughout the world where they teach in conferences for national pastors and leaders. In addition to the ministry to the nationals, Delron and Peggy are strongly committed to inspiring others to go beyond their borders to share the Good News; thus, they lead several mission trips each year to introduce teams of students to live on the mission field.

Signs of the Times is a healthy conversation between lay people, ministers and missionaries about the times we are living in. Are we living in the last days of Biblical prophecy? What is happening in the world? What should we do about it? This lively interaction explores Scripture and different interpretations without the anger and confusion that often accompanies "end times" discussions. This week our group discusses how to pray during this time.

Our Joshua Nations team is excited to welcome Mike Pickett.
Mike and Carrie Pickett are the Vice Presidents of Charis Bible College and International Operations of Andrew Wommack Ministries. They lived in Russia for sixteen years as full-time missionaries and travelled to twenty-five nations to carry out various ministry projects. They are dedicated to using the Word of God to raise up leaders, including their two children, Elliana and Michael.

Rev. Livesay founded "Of One Accord Ministry" over 30 years ago in Appalachian Northeast Tennessee, USA because he has a passion for serving others. "Of One Accord Ministry" is a Christian community service organization that strives to make neighborhoods more connected, homes more livable, and community members healthier by providing services and support to those who need it most, while also helping deepen their relationship with God.
Sheldon is a man of deep faith and a steward to his community, who has made extending Jesus' love the highest priority of all.
