On this week's show, we attempt our first ever remote 'on the run' interview, speaking to Jerry Carey. Jerry's story is a tough one - from abuse and care homes in her childhood to teenage drug and alcohol misuse ending in her falling into an abusive and controlling relationship in her twenties. But Jerry was put in touch with the Running Charity, and running and exercise helped her change her future and build a new life. Jerry's story is one that was featured in the book 'Running Stories: By Runners of All Ages, Speeds and Backgrounds' by Jerry Lockspeiser and Andrew Roberts.

It's been over a year, but Shaun is back. We are rebranding the show - we've been inspired, we miss running and chatting so Shaun will be recording his conversations with inspiring people while he runs. It has the capacity to go completely tits-up but it could be worth a listen too. We want to understand how running and exercise has shaped people's existence, what impact it has on their lives and how they want the 'relationship' to develop. Watch this space for some great interviews

Been a while...Shaun, Robbie and Tom are back for a chat about what's been happening. We tried and failed to cover it all- but we had a nice time talking about it. Robbie talks about Le Jog using a dodgy wifi connection from on high, and Tom talks about the return to domestic racing before being interrupted by Shaun and his tube train licking antics.
