Ever feel like you're making it up as you go along? You're not alone. In this refreshingly candid conversation, we catch up on life's little moments while embracing our perfectly imperfect selves.
We dive into the joy of sleeping until 9am (which feels suspiciously like being "on molly," though neither of us can confirm this comparison from experience), and celebrate the arrival of spring â pollen and all. As we debate rodeo outfits and wardrobe choices, deeper conversations emerge about authenticity versus performance, particularly when discussing Enneagram personality types and how they shape our relationships.
The episode takes a vulnerable turn as we acknowledge that despite being in our forties, we often still feel like those awkward teenagers with braces, especially when facing new parenting challenges without a roadmap. From getting stuck in chairs at the dentist's office to debating whether to embrace or conceal nipples in our wardrobe choices, we find humor and wisdom in life's awkward moments.
Our fashion discussion leads us to rediscover American Eagle, celebrating finding clothes that actually work for our real, adult bodies. Throughout, we return to a central theme: authenticity may lead to occasional awkwardness, but it's the foundation of genuine connection.
Join us for this unfiltered conversation about the human experience, and maybe feel a little less alone in your own journey of figuring it all out. And please, share your thoughts on the great "Team Nipple vs. Team No Nipple" debate!Things we mentioned:

If youâve ever wondered if youâre the one keeping your therapist up at night ⊠this oneâs for you. Raising a teen - anticipating raising a teen - join us an intimate conversation with the bright and bubbly Peggy Derivan. Sheâs going to push your process and perspective on raising teens - thank goodness. After all âweâre pretty screwed up, and doing our bestâ (hey, she said it, and sheâs the expert).
While societal norms have taught you that âdreading the teenage yearsâ are the norm - weâre here to debunk that. Well, Peggy is. Ever questioned the old adage that you canât be friends with your kids? Us too. Guess what - we go there. After all the key qualities of deep friendships and key qualities of relationships. So why wouldnât we want to be friends with our kids?
From shaving your legs - to the pressure we all felt, to fit in. This conversation brings up some of our own childhood and teenage memories. Trigger time - the âam I a bad momâ convo. How to set boundaries, express yourself - and ensure youâre a mom your kids can look up to, and a mom they maybe even want to be. The role of children in our family has changed drastically in 100 years. Weâre the âpanini generationâ - the single generation to experience both authoritarian style families (from days of old) to children with access and educations, whose feelings and sense of self have a deep rooted value in our familial systems.
And itâs no easy task to transition through all the ways we personally have seen children take a role in the household. Peggy gives us both lots of grace - sage advice - and some extra tools to help us navigate these uncharted waters. A friendly reminder momma, youâre not alone in the mayhem of raising kids âŠ

Weâre back on eggs and the âpan scrambleâdiscussion ⊠do you pan scramble? And how meany - 2? 4? - whatâs worse, snail mucin or egg juice? A ramen experience gone âgreyâ - kicks off todayâs episode. Why did one of us think cutting open the grey egg would make it âmore photogenicâ ⊠weâre bringing the mayhem today folks. We never cease to amaze with the food triggers and dialogue ⊠and we accidentally brought a random dude along on the ride during our most recent lunch egg-scapade.
The final episode we didnât even realize we were recording - listen, muscle memory is real folks. 60 episodes. And daylight savings time - weâre here for the spring forward. The late sunsets. The late lawn mowing. We get full on nostalgic about spring and summer. From restaurants to smash burgers and Schallers on Lake Ontario. Crushed ice, real root beer and endless pickles ⊠youâre speaking our language. We want vitamin d - pools, wings, cool beers - weâre feeling reflective and we donât mean spiritually.
Donât worry - this episode isnât all food - we talk female archetypes ⊠again without an expert, only lead by chat gpt. We need another free quiz - and an expert - help! Weâre talking male energy, female energy, and the complexity of how it all works. And here you thought we were keeping personalities at enneagrams!

âWhatâs love got to do with itâ? ⊠and whereâs Tina Turner when you need her? And - whatâs an âattachment styleâ? Does it matter, and why? To be honest with you, we couldnât tell you but we plan to find a guest who can help us unpack this trendy little term, further. In the meantime though we give it our best shot, from first dates to a fear of love bombing. Are diamonds really a girls best friend (yes, the answer is yes).
We head to chat gpt to unpack the styles - and land somewhere between anxious avoidant, anxious attachment, avoidant attachment, and disorganized attachment. Between gps and location tracking, dates, crime and murder mysteries - our wheels are really turning today. Speaking of - whatâs on your nightstand reads right now? Is everyone reading crime books for q1 ⊠whatâs that saying? In like a lion - out like a lamb ⊠did we make that up?
Link to a free quiz coming - as promised ! But we still havenât found we love - so in true mayhem style ⊠if you have one, more info, or youâre an expert - reach out! We want to go down this rabbit hole with you!

The Super Bowl - the marketing event of the year ⊠left us a little less than inspired. Were we the only ones?
Somewhere between a new neon light and a flash dance reference, we kick off todayâs episode. Between potato skins, garlic parmesan wings and BLT dip - and Martha Stewart ⊠thatâs where this conversation lands. Would you eat wings on a first date? Which one of us can barely eat on a first date? And which one of us is notorious for ordering half the menu (hint: the other hostess, is âhere for itâ and truly is at ease not controlling the ordering). A match made in hostess heaven.
In a world where no single commercial really stole the show - we dance around the fact that one of us has never seen Jurassic Park, and the fact that Martha Stewart is in her 80s ⊠HER 80âs PEOPLE. Stop right now. How about âliquid deathâ and what started as a marketing stunt (he truly had no plans to sell water, it was a marketing stunt). A YouTube stunt turned punk rock water with a deep commitment to sustainability via recycling and recycled material. Here for it. We tackle the Kool-Aid man, Sketchers, big pharma, and the âMonday Liteâ sloths ⊠and the big movie trailers.
Did you know that the halftime performers at the Super Bowl donât get paid? Fun fact.
Instead, the league covers all production expenses and pays performers a union-scale wage, which is a nominal amount. For instance, Usher received $671 for his performance and approximately $1,800 for rehearsals during the previous Super Bowl. Is your mind blown yet?
We briefly touch on this years performance - but ultimately end up at Little Jacks Tavern - still serving up the sexiest smash burger in downtown Charleston.
Follow us for all things collagen, anti wrinkle and dog treat training ⊠stick around, youâll like it here. And hey - look at us, so well rounded.

Weâve been waiting for snow - yâall know. But it finally snowed in Charleston. So weâre snowed in - with Erica Strickland - and weâre talking marketing today (and trauma bonds). All things digital marketing and ⊠getting fired.
In fact - we record on Riverside because of Erica - fun fact! Nothing is coincidental - all three of us share a deep belief in this sentiment. Whether itâs a few snow days - at the exact moment you need slow days, or a firing that pivots you into being a business owner.
Are there ever enough âcharacter building traitsâ ? Hereâs a fun one - nothing like finding out youâre fired - from a subordinate. And when it comes to how each of us handled this moment when we faced it (because if youâre new here, we have) ⊠we couldnât help but ask her enneagram and sign. Erica is a Gemini and an 8 - and weâre feeling both of those full force today. Whatâs the difference between telling a Gemini - or a Libra - that theyâre stupid? Give this one a listen. Weâre human. We make mistakes. We work in an industry thatâs ever changing and evolving. Permission to make a few yourself, granted.
Itâs not all serious - we have a great laugh over the âmomentâ George Bush is having on social. And we talk about the plus of âpersonalityâ on social media. From cherry picking our clients, to embracing mistakes in pursuit of engagement - this oneâs a deep dive into the human experience of being fired, and then learning to work for yourself. Like we said - character building ⊠the best.

Didnât see this one coming. Remember that Philly cheesesteak dip we discussed? Guess who doesnât love it ⊠Jenny. But youâll never guess why. This one starts with some deep belly laughs - maybe because weâre in marketing but, who here has been personally victimized by unclear packaging? In this case, Jenny openly admits to melting cheese for her dogs, but not for herself. What in the mayhem âŠ
The âMiller vs Millerâ emails are over. Weâre divorced. And weâre in our feelings - about all the things. This one felt like an endurance race, tears and all. Of course - no one gets married and plans to get divorced. Letâs shed the stigma on this one - this is important - so we open the dialogue for an honest to goodness update on this new reality. Of course, as moms, weâre the example and we take those role so seriously (in work, in love, in life - and not everything is meant for forever).
Mel Robbinâs âLet Themâ weaves its way back into our conversations. Weâre shedding the weight of other peopleâs actions - AND weâre using Chat GPT to start our day with affirmations. Yes. Chat GPT - remember when we introduced you to it? Weâre using it daily, borderline hourly. From ingredient lists, affirmations, stats, nonsense knowledge âŠitâs everything. But it wonât remind you to heat up your cheese dip âŠ

Youâve heard of the âeverything showerâ - but have you heard of the âgood girl showerâ? Bet not. Quick trip to Costco is in store for after this recording because it sounds like we all need the new bamboo shower chair.
Weâve got our notes app back open - and weâre talking about dating. Yes, dating. Where do we land? Somewhere between âcry baby breakfastâ and raising our standards. And we brought company. Our âfamily therapistâ is back - Christina Smalley. And weâre returning to the resolution conversation one more time because we noticed a theme. Both of our resident therapists are not setting resolutions this year, and it got us thinking. Want to know why? Tune in.
âSay what you mean - mean what you say - but donât say it meanâ. We circle back to the people pleaser conversation - and the real reason we find it hard to trust peopleâs words, actions or intentions. Hint - itâs because of the way we often validate others, that creates this insecurity. Is this a female exclusive issue - or just the human condition?
Weâre moms - and sheâs a mom. So the conversation ultimately takes a turn to the guilt of motherhood and the pursuit of perfect. Weâre giving you grace to have a bad day - and the beauty of being imperfect. And we tackle the differences of living in a house where yes, the moms sometimes lose their cool - but ultimately crate an environment of apologies and love and a place where bad days and mistakes exist. After all - weâre deeply committed to not passing along some of these traits weâre tackling for our own growth. An honest, deep and funny dialogue. For more mayhem, be sure to follow us:

In the animal kingdom, when an animals main purpose has been fulfilled, that animal typically dies off.
A dark way to start an episode, but ultimately we got to thinking about why women live longer than men, even though one of their main purposes is to create offspring. Grandmothers play in maintaining family wisdom and legacy across generations - turns out thereâs some science behind that and thatâs where our conversation with Kirsten Hatcher from Raising Marriage starts. Donât worry, this episode is full of laughs, we even tackle the whole one ovary per cycle conversation.
Todayâs conversation started from a podcast a few weeks ago we talked about using our Notes app to fully form our feelings in our reactions. Navigating the stormy seas of relationships can be challenging, understanding, even preserving your own emotions while holding space for another personâs isnât always easy. And so - we are back on the iceberg - the "anger iceberg". Drawing from Gottman's marriage counseling method, we share strategies to avoid emotional flooding and maintain rational communication. Through relatable personal anecdotes, learn how to pause and walk away, or channeling your emotions with a little chat gpt support can help refine your message and release resentment.
And of course, weâre having this conversation with a dear friend, so we trip, stumble, and fall into a few very personal conversations. But ultimately our guess is that each is very relatable. Tell you what - thereâs nothing quite like personal therapy on a public forum. Repeat after us, âwe listen and we donât judgeâ âŠ

A pinky promise has one of us is chasing snow, while the other refuses to chase anything.
You might say she is âbananasâ - and thanks to a recent hinge match, youâd be correct. Weâre talking about last-minute road trips, spicy romance books, girls, weekends, spring sporting events (baseball vs hockey), and apparently we havenât hit the cap on how much TMI is too much TMI. Donât even judge us, there is not a chance that we believe youâve never been in our shoes. And of course, what inspired this conversation? A hot guy on Instagram admitting the same thing. You can always count on us to level the playing field.
Thank goodness we have a therapist coming next week because this week weâre taking self-help into our own hands. Well - thatâs a stretch because weâre actually letting Mel Robbins and her âlet themâ theory (and book) guide us. One of us has the highlighters out and one of us is using her car time to catch up. If you havenât heard of the âlet themâ but you align to a lot of our fears and worries regarding conversations about drawing boundaries, control, and happiness, this might be a journey you want to join us on.
Weâre showing up this year - even to yoga classes that we havenât signed up for. Hope youâre ready âŠFor more mayhem, be sure to follow us:

Are you a fan of the slow burn? Our spicy book girls belong to two clubs - slow burn or straight to the heat - and how often does life mimic art? This December did. From getting acquainted with 2025 - to the building of Ikea furniture - weâre diving into the January, the push to purge and renovate. and ultimately, what does it mean when a black moth comes to visit you? Does everyone else look for symbolism in small every day moments? Is it a glimmer? Maybe there is something to this idea of âlistenâ as a word for our 2025 âŠ
If youâre ever feeling like youâre âtoo muchâ - please remember that even TOAST was served on silver in the 1800s. Not us. Weâre hand cleaning vacuums and committing to washable carpets - but we wouldnât MIND a silver toast holder for our book collections. Team cheap rugs - for both of us, pet owners. Is everyone else replacing their rugs every 6-12 months? Or is this another mayhem hack?
Sounds like weâre already ready for summer - conversations about margaritas and peach daiquiris. And the time one of us sliced her knuckle wide open ⊠what is it about family vacations and emergency room trips? Apparently what happens in vacation doesnât stay on vacation. Speaking of weather, thereâs speculation of snow here in the south and weâre excited. But weâre also unprepared - weâre headed to Costco and Amazon for prep! Cheers and Happy New Years Mayhem listeners!

Happy Happy Happiest New Year Mayhem Crew! Weâre sliding out of the most frenetic month of the year (yes this episode was prerecorded right in the thick of it - the weekend before Christmas) ⊠and you can tell weâre feeling it. Have gecko - will travel. Who knew weâd be debating the aspects of proper moisture for DSP. And speaking of resident animals - have you had a chance to see the most recent porch puppy nonsense with the plants? How many of you travel with pets?
This episode is full on âwe listen and we donât judgeâ. We spill all of our pre travel and post travel weirdness. Your crew is the mayhem crew but weâve got major OCD/ obsession around travel and cleanliness. From the produce, to the laundry - tell us, how do you leave for vacation?
Which one of us has a counter cleaning obsession? And which one of us will make the bed with someone still in it? Somewhere between pythons and house floods - itâs the blind leading the blind over here on house prep. Tell us - what is the rule with shutting water off when you leave your home. Because we share a real story - and unlock a new fear.
And since weâre talking about packing - and homes - can we please vent about the storage of kitchen tools. Somewhere between the fact that every vegetable and fruit has its own âslicerâ⊠or masher, I mean câmon. Who can store all of this? Do we just start picking which fruits and veggies are important to us and toss the rest - how are all of yall handling this? And then how - after contemplating âstuffâ did we end up picking up a new hobby and talking about flea markets, to round out this conversation? Mayhem. For more mayhem, be sure to follow us:

Weâre not thirsty - weâre hungry - and that came straight from your girl Jenny. Wrote that down. We start hungry. Jersey Mikeâs hungry. Have you ever found yourself craving a sandwich just because you saw it on a billboard. We explore our quirky fascination with food advertisements and the surprising influence they have over our taste buds. From the giant arches of McDonald's to the rustic charm of Cracker Barrel, we are billboard sluts. The magic of the billboard is long term lore. Never overlook the impact of large scale impact in your marketing plan. Have yâall heard of this family photos/ Cracker Barrel trend âit's all about adding a little mischief to the mundane!
From chicken phillys, to the chicken tenders - corn bread, and grits ⊠the beauty of the smash burger. We told you we are hungry, hold on people because tis the season. If youâre looking for permission to bring premade treats to your holiday gatherings - look no further. Not only does a potluck make us a little nervous ⊠but thereâs nothing quite like finding a hair in your mashed potatoes. Three cheers for the families that grab a few grocery goods and re plate like they spent a few hours working on it.
We spending a little time on personal milestones and the lessons learned from navigating the complexities of life - good manners at a potluck, and an honest discussion on personal growth, the art of being your own health advocate, and the power of manifesting dreams. Weâre knee deep in considering our word for 2024 - and as a result - deep in reflection. Weâre committing to journaling - to feeling big feelings - to manifesting and then, being open and faithful to whatever comes our way.
Weâre not quite ready to leave âmoreâ and âfaithâ behind - but in classic mayhem fashion, weâre excited for continued growth ⊠but in the meantime thereâs a new podcast queen - Kylie Kelcie arrives on Spotify and Apple with her new podcast âNot Gonna Lieâ blowing top podcasters like Joe Rogans numbers away - man we love a girl who shows up in full authenticity. Heck yes. Team Kylie and Jason for the messy win.For more mayhem, be sure to follow us:

** Not a kiddo friendly episode **
We chat cheering traditions and Christmas magic and yall know who actually brings those to life âŠ
We are on the cusp of Christmas Eve hoes - how is everyone feeling? From farm animals to excessive shopping and the panic about how quickly December is flying by ⊠a friendly reminder that weâre all in this together.
From dark roots to depth - to forgotten eyebrows - hereâs to the friends who watch every reel you send - and the ones who answer your phone calls and facetime calls. Those are the real friendships. And letâs be done telling people they âlookâ or âsound tiredâ. What we donât need this time of year, on top of sleepless nights - is added insecurity. Skip the observations people - itâs unnecessary.
On top of the emails - teacher gifts - coaches gifts - a full cvs receipt length list of to dos ⊠we both have host houses for tiny Christmas elves. Hear our theory on why some houses have one - some donât - and ultimately the nightly debacle that is this little mischief maker. We love them of course but whoâs idea was it to add more expectations to an already heavily weighted holiday?
But this episode - is a marketing episode ⊠and guess who we talk branding over - the big man himself: Santa. This one is sure to give you a laugh as you reign in the last week before the holiday - and donât be afraid to joke on social with us. And we take a detour to mouthwash and water picks - and this folks is why we called it mayhem. Donât shoot your eye out ⊠(no really) âŠ

We are starting to talk about the new year on the same day that we close out a full year of episodes. Itâs our season finale - cheers to a full year of episodes. And - as a fun little treat because Christmas - we brought back a special guest as promised. Our resident life coach Jennifer Sisk join us for a really healthy conversation about the holidays, setting and resetting expectations for yourself and then also exploring your own boundaries, this holiday season and heading into the new year.
As we recount our adventures with holiday preparations, Jennifer sprinkles her signature humor and cheer, making this episode a thoughtful mix of merry and personal growth. The three of us are all having very different holiday experiences this year, in fact, one of us has even made the executive decision that putting the tree up conflicts with how many other things they have already committed to this season and it makes perfect sense to us, but it will be a really good experience for everyone else to hear her why.
After all, the December season is full of pressure and traditions and family and often times a lack of boundaries, where is the line between compromise and Christmas? We underscore the importance of adjusting holiday efforts to align with one's state of mind, ensuring the season is a source of joy and comfort rather than stress.
Family gatherings donât have to be a battlefield for your peace of mind. We uncover practical strategies to maintain emotional resilience during challenging interactions, focusing on setting healthy boundaries and acknowledging others' perspectives without compromising your own well-being. With insights into overcoming mental barriers and fostering self-belief, the episode encourages you to harness the power of journaling and self-care, empowering you to end the year with confidence. Whether it's choosing a guiding word for the year or navigating emotional boundaries, we explore how intentional living can fuel personal growth and happiness. For more mayhem, be sure to follow us:

November shot us out of a cannon - and we're left with the shortest Thanksgiving to Christmas season in a long time ⊠how are you late decorators feeling? We talk holiday stress, the art of the ârephraseâ, baked goods and the stress of self care. Yes. Stress. While some of yâall love the downtime - we stress over sitting still.
Pie whiplash - we have pie whiplash. Every holiday season thereâs a moment where both of us realize thereâs nothing left to do but get our hands really dirty and get in the weeds - this time - itâs get in the flour. 281 times. Speaking of weeds, when did our kids start wearing adult clothes? How did this happen so fast?
Donât even get us started on how weâre surviving on espresso martinis - but weâve abandoned our coffee pots ⊠when we said mayhem, we meant it. What weâre not split on: grits. Give us the bougie ones - give us the ones with a square of American cheese - any kind of cheesy grits and weâre your girls. Now that we think about it - we really do put the âgrittyâ in Gritty Gal Marketing. Food wise and work ethic.
We end this episode with three wise men of brunch - fontina, prosciutto, and pizza (or something like that). And the three wise women of New Yearâs resolutions - Kirsten from Raising Marriage, Jennifer Sisk (our resident life coach), and Kelsey Lincoln from Enneagram with Kelsey - announcing they will all be back in the next coming months to help us prepare for and tackle the rest of December and January while we all start to think about keywords and resolutions that will help us grow (not ones that will help us shrink).

*Head up listeners - this episode is a little less kid friendly than our typical episodes so maybe donât give this one a listen in a full car!
Which one of us recently spent the night shoulder to shoulder with a celebrity? Hereâs one guess. It wasnât the one that said all she wants for Christmas was to sit on Santaâs lap. This episode has us observing presence and presents ⊠and a good old fashioned Christmas (the ones we grew up with).
We are back braving the online dating scene because the content is too good to skip. Theyâre showing us their muscles and we are asking to see their therapy bills. Youâll laugh and cringe at our tales of swiping on Hinge, including the hilarity of matching with a familiar face â yikes. We are giving him a hall pass and chalking this one up to âmen really pay zero attention," because how awkward would it be to date a friendâs ex-husband? Thatâs a no for us. I mean, letâs be honest. You heard us working on boundaries all year. Weâve gotta have a few by now right?
And itâs Thanksgiving day â so we are sharing the pandemonium of juggling family gatherings and school commitments. But also we take a second to express how truly thankful for this podcast and you listeners we really are. You have pushed us so much this year and weâve grown so much and weâve had such incredible guests because of the fact that youâre tuning in every week and that means the world to us!
We also take a minute - a trip if you will - down memory lane, but the Marketing version. We dive into our favorite 90s commercials - from Campbellâs chicken noodle soup melting the snow off a boy who just came in from playing outside, Ronald McDonald on the skating rink, the Hershey kiss commercial, which we know, and love, the Oreo cookie commercial, where the young boy falls asleep before Santa makes it. And then, of course we start in on our favorite brands and the heartwarming magic of holiday to kids and adults alike. They always seem to know how to tug at the heartstrings. Even the California raisins, yes, we said it. We are California raisins - years old
There really is nothing like the classic joys of the Macy's parade, or watching Santa honestly at the very end, and all of the joy Christmas movies will bring us over the next few weeks.
From the classic vintage TV shows, to the memories and traditions that we are creating now with our own families (cue the modern Thanksgiving dinner) - we reflect on how these cherished memories deepen our connections with family and friends. Whether it's a sweet note scribbled on a napkin or a spontaneous "mushy attack," we're reminded that the simple expressions of love and gratitude truly make the season bright.
Happy Thanksgiving from the Mayhem gals đFor more mayhem, be sure to follow us:

They should invent a week in November that doesnât drain the life out of you - from pink Christmas Trees to piles of laundry, are we all simultaneously drowning AND bringing heaps of holiday magic to the masses. Itâs been awhile since we had a catch up session - weâve celebrated two kids birthdays, taken a trip to Florida, a trip to NYC, hosted a color run and adopted a gecko. What. Is. Happening.
David S Pumpkins - welcome to the family. An 8 inch gecko with a tiny bit of Stockholm syndrome as he drives a Barbie car, and wears a beret in his first weeks of adoption. I mean - heâs got a treadmill in the form of a lazy susan ⊠and 30 days ago we werenât even he was joining us. Just when you think these kids canât break the iPad addiction - they never like theyâve never befored. And weâre not done there. We tackle one of lifeâs most existential north vs south questions. Is it PEE-can or Pe-CAHN? Help.
Which one of us is headed to a costume party for everyoneâs favorite holiday movie - Christmas Vacation? And which Christmas movie is your favorite? While weâre at the crossroads of wild situations weâve gotten ourselves into, have you ever had to bear the shame of wearing the paper thong? Be. Honest. One of us is a frequent flyer and one is a newbie - but both beg the question ⊠never have I ever? Er âŠ
Friendly reminder - you can be thankful and exhausted. We are both.

We love a guest, I mean, we love, love, love a guest, but this is our first life coach and while we have shared vulnerable things in the past, this episode is easily the most vulnerable, and it very much will resonate with our listeners and women in general. We canât think of a more empowering conversation or a more validating conversation than this one. Jennifer Sisk joins us all the way from Greer, SC to talk societal conditioning shape, trauma impact, the lies we tell ourselves, self-esteem and confidence.
How do we identify and ultimately overcome the false beliefs rooted in childhood to rebuild self-esteem chipped away by consistent self-neglect, this episode takes a deep dive into the complexities of personal growth. Jennifer shares her insights on how societal pressures and personal experiences impact self-worth and introduces the concept of the "slow drip" effect, where minor relationship infractions accumulate over time to cause emotional damage. Our conversation stresses the need for setting boundaries, embracing authenticity, and understanding both our own and others' roles in maintaining or disrupting these dynamics. And ultimately the self forgiveness that comes with deciding that when a person has crossed your boundaries maybe that relationship isnât healthy for you and thatâs OK to question.
Embrace the transformative power of authenticity and self-care as we highlight the courage it takes to break free from outdated stereotypes and societal expectations. With humorous anecdotes about everyday embarrassments and a candid exploration of relationships, we emphasize the importance of therapy and self-awareness in the journey of self-discovery. This episode is a heartfelt testament to living unapologetically and recognizing the universal nature of personal struggles, encouraging listeners to laugh, learn, and grow with each experience.
