  • This week on the podcast I am joined by Crystal Gray. Crystal supports women in developing a daily yoga and spiritual practice to help them navigate transitional times of life. She's been teaching yoga for almost 18 years and has owned a yoga studio, but now focuses on supporting women with online courses and group coaching as well as in-person events on her 20 acre organic vegetable farm and retreats! In this episode of the podcast, we're talking about why our personal yoga practice is the foundation of any successful yoga business, and how having this daily practice, in whatever form that it shows up in, can help yoga teachers gain confidence and teach from a more authentic place.

    Enjoy!
