Hi there, my name is Malvia Kenlock. I help people overcome the fear of dealing with issues and help them move from stuck in an issue, to where they can confidently unpack resolve and manage themselves more efficiently. You know we always hear people say, 'I have issues with that!' What do they mean by that?
The purpose of this podcast issues can be defined as a collection of thoughts, feelings, or behaviours, on a subject matter that contains a wide range of conflicting ideas. And that can range from annoyance contention sadness emotional conflict that is usually unresolved in the structure of the issue. In this podcast, I'm going to show you how to unpack any issue in a three-step, writing process that I use myself in my workshop, and my private mentoring sessions.
Over the years of using this method, it's become so popular with everyone who uses it that they naturally incorporate the process into their daily self-development routine. And I feel compelled to share these examples that we're going to explore today. So you can use them yourself. And in the upcoming podcast series, I will go through different scenarios with you using this method. So if you're like me and many thousands of people out there, you probably would have lived the following scenarios.
