Have you ever felt left out? In today's episode we talk about emotion regulation and self awareness about emotions around feeling left out as an ADHD woman.
Step 1: Accept your feelings. Your feelings are valid and deserve room to be felt. Not only positive emotions deserve space within you.
Step 2: Don't avoid, but instead process.
Step 3. Focus on the relationships that do see and value you.
Step 4. Self awareness. Notice your patterns and learn about yourself and how you deal with stress.
Step 5. Self Reflection.
I hope this episode helped you to control the chaos when it comes to understanding our emotions, seeing that our feelings matter and put words around how you feel.
