So hopefully I can go in a fate this week as I’m not really happy just going to the women’s only gym abs having no male company besides my adorable ex . Ah love lost is a flower withering in the sun , I think fondly od all the fun , all the laughter and conversations now it’s the only battle stations . As my mum said true love true love .,,,

Asking pertinent and controversial questions about the kind of things all men and women need to know should they wish to go out for coffee and make interesting conversation in the post pandemic era . After a year of anxiety do individuals need to speak about how they are feeling? Is being kind and listening to stories a helpful way to curb Self Isolation ? Is it nice to go to cafes and simply hang out and talk? Do individuals really need to connect more now and talk through their problems and exchange their stories in a relaxed way? I have 10 questions I have asked and I would appreciate answers to these questions and hope they will assist your self knowledge and general feeling of confidence and well being. In a holistic sense I feel dating is useful as a way of re connecting in a post pandemic Society. I may start up a speed dating night at the local working men’s club where you can get cheap lemonade or a nice shandy but there most be no bad behaviour as my dog will be on duty at the time abs she may be inclined to lick your ankles . Lol! Then later a holistic dating website but that’s a long term plan as I don’t want to rush into it in case there are any perverts joining up as I’d need all identities confirmed and the website had to be linked to the speed dating night so more of a social club to stop you all feeling lonely. Hope you all enjoy and your chakra balancing segment at the end is beneficial to your mindful meditation practices should you have any . And if not why not? Lol
