The crew are Troubleshooters in the dystopian future Alpha Complex and have been given orders on behalf of Friend Computer to get into HEL Sector and figure out what happened in there following a disturbing emergency call. They'll have their hands full heading in while keeping a close eye out for traitors, commies, secret society members, and nasty mutants. Major Noah Hayes, Doctor Arthur Kai, Ignatius “Iggy” Gruverbeider, and Doctor Viktor Orudzhev III board an AstroFrak Surveyor Ship, the “Ustforsker”, on a special mission to investigate the rock. Some on the team are hoping for signs of extraterrestrial intelligence, while others are just in it for the payday…
