06/25/24: Former North Dakota Republican state Sen. Ray Holmberg will plead guilty to traveling to the Czech Republic to have sex with children.
In a plea agreement, Holmberg admits that he repeatedly traveled from North Dakota to Prague between 2011 and 2016 to have sex with adolescent-aged children and that there is enough evidence to find him guilty at trial.
