We speak to Joshua Goh, the founder of LXE Theory, a legal tech start up, pioneering lawyer-client management technology in Malaysia. Joshua loved legal practice but wanted to widen his skillsets by gaining experience in the wider commercial world. He spent time advising on fintech and securities compliance at an equity crowdfunding platform where he witnessed how the fundraising and developmental stages of startups. This experience helped him start his own legal tech startup which he is currently working full time on.
