I'm back from Kos and in this episode of Outspoken Mental Health wanted to chat about how I actually made it onto the plane, what helped me, what felt tough and how I'm feeling now.
Holidays aren't always easy when you suffer with anxiety and I think it's important to know that that's OK. xx

I'm publishing Perdita's episode a couple of days late after a slight mis-hap with Chris' laptop which meant that he couldn't edit on Friday. (Eek)
Anyway, the amazing beauty editor of Women's Health is back with all the beauty news from the past week including some of the amazing launches that she's been to and a new skincare offering that we're both healthily cynical about but that if works could be really exciting.
Enjoy xx

Don't let your anxious thoughts define you. With practice and acceptance they will quieten down.

It's Bryony time - Yay!

Finally, we're chatting about Pamela Anderson at the Met Gala and no makeup statements.

In this week's Outspoken Review I'm chatting through some of the brilliant products that were recommended to me by my makeup artist on a photo shoot this week. They include the best tinted SPF and a bronzer that glides on the skin leaving a beautiful, luminous finish.

I was so excited when Richard E Grant agreed to be my guest on Outspoken Beauty.
While he's a hugely loved and well known actor, many people don't realise that he's also the creator of the most beautiful fragrance brand and that each scent in his collection bottles his memories and impressions of a time and place in his beloved London.
During the episode we chat about the perfume he made for a girlfriend aged 12, why a holiday with Anya Hindmarch proved to be the start of a whole new fragrant journey for him and the fragrance that his beloved (and sadly departed) wife wore. We also delve into some of his incredible fragrances and why his brand "Jack" is so special.
I hope you enjoy getting to know this iconic man and his passion for fragrance.

In this episode of Outspoken Mental Health I'm chatting about OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), what it is (and isn't) and the part that it has played in my life.
I also talk about a good way to stand up to it and why there is help out there if you need it.
I am NOT a professional and am speaking from my own experience and research. If you are wondering whether medication might help you then start with your GP. If you feel that they can't give you the information you need then ask to be referred to a psychiatrist or seek one directly.

I'm so excited for you to hear this episode. I'm chatting to the brilliant Reena Hammer (daughter of Ruby) about the making of Indu, a beauty brand that is changing the way that teenagers treat and feel about their skin.
At a time when kids as young as 11 are buying expensive and inappropriate skincare and comparing themselves to filtered images on TikTok, Indu is all about keeping things simple, skin safe AND making teenagers feel good about themselves.
During the episode Reena and I chat about how she's making change with her brand, skin tips for younger skin, how we can help teenagers to feel better about themselves and so much more.
Reena will inspire and empower you, particularly if you are a parent who is struggling to navigate this often challenging space.

It's time for The Outspoken Review and this week I'm talking about antique diamonds, a truly barrier loving cleanser, an SPF that does it all and a high street fragrance that smells incredibly niche and expensive.
