Over the past two years of her personal training career, and realizing there was just something missing...Madison had a dream stirring in her heart. Even while leading hot yoga classes at the time, she had her own vision to create her own infrared weight-training gym, that focused on accountability, community, and finding movement that actually GROUNDS you. Without a healthy body and mind, it's hard to tend to the soul (the most crucial part of a person). Knowing this, Madison desperately wanted to create an exclusive space where women can seek and find all three. Almost a year ago exactly, this dream was born in a coffee shop, and the within the next month the personal training gym Madison built in her home will be opening up for group fitness classes. We are so excited for her, and what started as an idea is in FULL SWING! In this episode, H.K. interviews Madison and puts her on the hot seat! You'll leave with tips, tricks, and vulnerable moments that will inspire you to get moving, or at least find the courage to take a self-diagnostic of where you are. After 3 weeks of beach-living, Madison and H.K. reunite from their tropical travels! H.K. has been in her favorite getaway spot in Seaside, FL for an extended stay, while Madison flew across the Pacific to visit Hawaii for 10 days. The girls are sitting down to catch up on life, and talk about some MAJOR realizations they had while spending much needed time away from the hustle and bustle. As people, we are SO overstimulated. Our bodies were not designed to use technology at the levels we are seeing today, but its hard to recognize how much it affects your day-to-day life until you step away. Not to mention, adrenal fatigue is at an ALL-TIME high, affecting every single one of us. If we don't figure out what to do--it just might kill us. Let's get into it!
