We are in a unique and pioneering age at River of Life. Our Pastor, Denny Curran, has faithfully led the church for almost 30 years. He brought along Kirby St. John many years ago as a youth pastor, and they both worked together to spread the gospel of Jesus to our community and surrounding areas. Kirby would eventually go on to lead the state youth ministry as our District Youth Director. It is fitting that Kirby would take on the mantle of lead pastor of River of Life as Denny retires and focuses his attention on other ministry. Listen to Kirby's heart as he shares his passion and focus for the next generation of believers, and how he will lead our congregation to continue to Know, Grow, and Show Jesus!

We are in the last week of Denny sharing his favorite topics. As we are readying the next season of our church, Denny is sharing his final thoughts with the church as lead pastor. This weekend, he shared one of his most passionate, heartfelt messages. The Holy Spirit is often seen as a denominational, uncomfortable topic that many have either veered away from or has motivated primarily the ministries of others. In Denny's eyes, he's not as much concerned with the these things as he is in the desire he wants our church to have for more of God's Spirit. We are witnessing history at River of Life as we watch the transition of leadership unfold; ultimately, the one who is leading the way is the Holy Spirit. Enjoy this message!

We are gearing up for the next couple of weeks as Denny shares his favorite topics. As we are readying the next season of our church, Denny is sharing his final thoughts with the church as lead pastor. This weekend, he shared one of his favorite topics, healing. Healing is not a way that God rewards good behavior, but it is an expression of His heart for us, and a glimpse into what life without sin can look like. But we are vessels, and are proposed as believers to be the vessels he uses, not the ones to receive the glory! We hope you enjoy this message!

We have a special service! As we celebrate Mother's Day, we have a guest speaker: Cheryl Curran, Pastor Denny's wife! We heard how amazing a life lived for the Lord can be, the purpose we have to serve our families, and ultimately, how we and continue or start the legacy of faith in the family. Enjoy this message!
-
We are continuing to hear from Denny and his "favorites": topics he's been spending almost 40 years of ministry developing and teaching that has brought the greatest life change to many! Priorities are hard for us to establish, especially in a culture that is ever changing. If you need a guide, take a listen to this message, and see where you stand on your priorities!

This week, Denny dives into the wonder of marriage, God's intention, and who are in Christ and how we are meant to love others. Married or not, these tenets of relationship apply to every area and conversation!

We are heading into week three of our missions series, and we are joined by special guest speaker Jody Dyess. He represents FREE International, an organization that seeks to free young men and women from modern day slavery. His message is inspiring, and ultimately convicting, as he talks about his experiences, and the call that we all have to move and act as a church. We hope you enjoy this message!

We are in week two of our series on missions, especially the impact we have for heaven and WITH heaven. We are joined by Kirby St. John, our District Youth Director, and one of the leading supporters and pioneers for Speed the Light, an organization that works to supply missionaries with the tools needed to build water wells for countries in need. Enjoy this powerful message, and be encouraged for all that God is doing!

We are stepping into our missions month with a message that is difficult to walk through at times. Faith inspires hope, commitment, and ultimately, a radical way of thinking. But hope also requires us to give up of our control, and trust that the Lord is continuing a work in each of us to stir our faith and to increase it! We hope you enjoy this weeks message!
-
We are taking a break from our series and instead setting our focus on what is ahead: the future of River of Life Church. Pastor Denny is looking ahead to the great things in store for River of Life by remembering the great things God has done in the past. But we don't look to the past for inspiration, but give thanks and praise, and to stir our faith for what God has in store! Enjoy this weekends message.

We are finishing up our series on altars; creating moments to experience the power and intimacy with the Holy Spirit. This week Kyle is sharing on the ways we hold tightly to our lives and all that is in it, and how this will only lead to destruction. Once we surrender, we open up a life of abundance found in Christ.
-
This week we have a special guest. Matt McPherson (Matthews Archery, McPherson Guitars). Pastor Denny and him sit together and discuss his life, his success in business, and ultimately, what he attributes all of this to: His faith in Jesus Christ. We hope you enjoy their conversation!
-
We are excited to kick off this year with our new series on altars. The Spirit of God is often missed, not because He isn't talked about, but because we limit His capabilities and restorative grace in our life. Jesus said He will send a helper after he ascends the earth, and the Holy Spirit allows us to live the life that Jesus talks about. Enjoy our first week!
-
We have a special guest with us this weekend: Jacques Von Bommel. Jacques hails in South Africa and has a ministry that is focused on reaching the next generation. His heart is to see his nation know the Lord, and his many areas of influence are shadowed by his humility and heart for the lost. We hope you enjoy his message!
-
We are on week two of our Christmas season, The Gift. The gift of life is life in Jesus, but also recognizing the gift isn't earned. Our gift from Jesus brings life, but we often don't receive the gift with open and ready hearts. Pastor Denny walks us through this process, and the hope we have in Christ!
-
We are launching our Christmas series this week on a relevant topic: gifts. But not the gifts that we are used to receiving. Our ultimate gift from God isn't tangible things, but things that feed and fuel the spirit. We are glad to have you join us this week as guest Pastor Kirby St. John kicks us off!
-
We are taking a break from our typical Sunday morning experience and allowing the kids to minister! They have spent months putting together a program that will amaze, inspire, and lead you to the heart of God. We hope you enjoy this presentation!
-
This week, we are breaking from our series and listening to a message on faith. Specifically, OWNING your faith. Many of us come from traditions or cultural experiences when it comes to faith, but God has made it clear in His word it isn't about what we do, but who we are, and specifically, who we are in Christ.
-
Our purpose in Christ is to make disciples of all nations, and God has created us with a unique purpose with various different ways to live this out. For some of us, this includes how we run our business and ultimately the dreams and ambitions God has laid on our hearts! The enemy isn't unaware of this, however, and it is important we don't grow weary in doing good, and the good God has called us to through our business. Listen and be encouraged to trust in God with everything He has blessed you with!
