I had to talk about this again because of my morbid fascination with this feud and my own personal fandom of Ryan Reynolds.
First, let me say I am not sure who is right or wrong here. I am only commenting on how they have conducted themselves since this went public leading up to the film's premiere.
Today I will be discussing how Baldoni's team has been using the media to their advantage these past few weeks and the biggest news - Reynolds and Lively have requested a gag order after Baldoni's team promised to launch a website listing each accusation with their "evidence" to refute those claims.
Within hours a gag order was requested by Lively's team, apparently at the behest of Ryan Reynolds who admitted this is hurting his production and creative prospects.
Listen to the whole episode to my full unvarnished opinion, but for Reynolds & Lively to open this public feud with a NYT article a month ago, only to say Baldoni shouldn't be allowed to defend himself publicly - comes off as entitled, arrogant, unfair and honestly, a little ignorant to how it will be perceived by the average Joe and Jane.

Hello Friends and Neighbors,
It's 2025 and boy do I have some news to share with you.
First we dive deep into the DCU and all the drama surrounding Superman, Batman II, The Brave and The Bold and Supergirl.
From there we pivot into the Kathleen Kennedy's personal dumpster fire of Lucasfilm to share some casting updates about upcoming projects.
Third we return to my old punching bag, the MCU to discuss Spider-Man 4 rewrites and casting news for Doomsday and Secret Wars. Honestly, it's a mixed bag out of Marvel, but it would still be an improvement over what we have been getting the past 6 years.
Hitting cleanup, we address more general entertainment news around the Baldoni-Lively Feud, Nolan's next film, and potential beef between Denis Villeneuve and WB.
See you on the other side,
Jake

Jake flies solo to discuss the latest and greatest from Tinsel Town. We have MCU triumph and tragedy as one star returns and a fallen star lashes out at the House of Mouse and the House that Feige Built. James Gunn from the DCEU couldn't resist dogpiling and threw some shade at the MCU and their addition to reshoots. If you don't love comics stick around because we dive into the swirling sauciness surrounding the Blake Lively-led It Ends With Us, namely her beef with Co-Star & Director Justin Baldoni. We also discuss Joaquin Phoenix and his fall from grace after abruptly leaving Todd Haynes latest film which is an NC-17 gay period drama and with his exit the film is simply not happening. Perhaps that content is too risque for your Puritan Values, so we wrap up with an update on The Acolyte and their potential second season. Come for the news, but stay for the friendship!
