Today I dive into Eckhart Tolle's book "The Power of Now - A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment" and discuss how we can not live in the past with our feelings of regret, or guilt...we need to learn from the past and use those lessons, but then forgive ourselves and live in the present moment and who we are now. We also can not live in the future, but we can use our time now in the present to take action toward that which we desire to have in our future.
I also discuss love, and the love/hate relationship...and how true love is only unconditional love.
