As you go through this journey called life there will be times we need to hit the refresh button. It is important to be clear about the vision you have for your life; clear out all distractions and obstacles that will pull you away from your goal. We must be intentional about what we place in our hearts and minds. Once we refresh our vision will be ready to climb out of that rut and start anew.

We need the human bond to feel connected and joyful, and we enjoy life much more when we share it with people we love. There are times, however, when we are forcefully separated from our loved ones. Coping with loss can be one of the most difficult things we ever have to do. Everyone copes with grief differently, and some of us never do. When we lose someone we love, it distorts our universe and our peace, and nothing seems right. Together we will look at ways to accept the loss and find peace again. -

In today's guided meditation we listened to Psalms 1:1-41. The Psalms give us the means to come to prayer in a fresh state of mind. They help us to see that we're not the first to feel the need for quiet time with God. Find rest in God through the reading of the Psalms.
