Join me on my spiritual quest to the Monkey Temple in Kathmandu. We will explore ancient teachings and learn meditative practices to cultivate inner calm and stillness amidst the chaos of modern life.
The Karma Buddha family teaches us that we can shape our own destinies through the intentional actions we take. One personal learning we can draw from this family is the importance of being mindful and aware of our thoughts, words, and actions. We can cultivate this awareness through meditation and reflection, which can help us to recognize negative patterns or habits that may be holding us back and preventing us from attracting good things into our life.
We can make positive changes in our lives and in the lives of those around us by striving to be the best version of ourselves. By doing so, we can create a positive ripple effect and contribute to the greater good.

In today’s episode, we will visit the Monkey Temple again, this time to learn about the characteristic eyes on the Stupa. And we’ll be doing a third eye meditation that helps to promote calm and relaxation.
The third eye is a mystical concept that is believed to be a part of our energy body, located in the forehead between the two physical eyes. It is often associated with spiritual awakening, intuition, and psychic abilities. In some cultures, it is also believed to be the seat of the soul and the center of consciousness.
