  • On this episode, Stassi finally gets to share the news about Vanderpump Villa and Stassi Says! Stassi and her husband Beau Clark start off the episode by acknowledging how much of a journey it's been and how surreal this moment feels. On this episode, they're still in Europe and filling you in on Part 2 of adventures in Florence. Hartford's antics are on a new level and Messer started walking on his own! Stassi and Beau chat about hanging out with Beau's family and how the slow Italian pace is hard for Stassi's structured and slightly controlling tendencies (lol). • On this episode, Stassi and Beau are podcasting from Florence, Italy! Stassi is obsessed with The Medici (IYKYK) and has been so excited to experience the city where the Renaissance began. Botticelli! DaVinci! Michaelangelo! They were all in Florence!!

Stassi and Beau share why they wanted to visit Florence and talk about their tour at the Palazzo de Medici that day... which didn't quite go as planned. They then rewind back to the beginning of the trip and talk about having two small kids on such a long plane ride and detail getting to Italy.

There is so much to talk about that this episode is split into two parts. You can listen to Part 2 on The Good The Bad The Baby at patreon.com/stassi which gives even more details and stories of the trip so far.

  • On this episode, Stassi is catching up with her bestie from high school, Sheena Mannina! Sheena is the owner of juicebar Raw Republic (New Orleans & Austin) and host of Raw Talk with Sheena. She is an OG Straight Up With Stassi guest and is responsible for some of the most iconic topics ever featured on SUWS including Tall Greys, conspiracy theories, and human design!

Stassi and Sheena start off jumping straight into mom life and how their human design drives them as parents. Fun fact: they're both manifestors! Stassi speculates that the ups and downs of their friendship were also attributed to their manifestor design types - it's all connected!

Sheena is extremely knowledgable on the wellness industry and the business behind it. She shares how she became curious about wellness, what she likes and doesn't like about the industry, what it’s like to own a business within it, how her perspectives have changed, and how that all relates to how she views influenced content online.

The pair also discuss how culty the wellness industry can feel and how so many people just fall for good marketing. BTW Sheena and Stassi could 100% have a cult - but they decide that neither of them actually want it.

  • Stassi and CO-Lo are struggling -- how the heck do you put together a cute OOTD when it's blazing hot in the summer and how do you keep up with the trends when they come and go in a flash?! On this episode, Stassi is analyzing why she feels such a huge pressure to participate in the trends and how everyone our age is struggling to keep up. Spoiler: Gen Z and Tiktok. She talks about how she's approaching summer style and how she believes each person's wardrobe should be tailored to their lifestyle and personality - it's not a one-size-fits-all approach!

Is tying your button up in a little knot at your waist totally OUT?! Apparently. Stassi shares how she was shook by the response on her instagram story a couple weeks ago when she posted her #OOTD -- but how she thinks that if an "it" girl posted it, everyone would love it. Stassi also tells Lo about Allison Bornstein's "Wrong Shoe Theory" and why she agrees with it. Although they start off this episode hoping to share summer OOTD inspo, they end just as confused as they started. Struggle city.

  • Stassi and her bestie Taylor Strecker are catching up on this episode of Stassi. Taylor is spending time in the Hamptons and fills Stassi in on all the east coast girlies' 4th of July antics. After a brief catch up on life updates, Stassi wants to discuss 3 relevant fashion moments with Taylor - Margot, Olivia, and Olivia.

This week, Margot Robbie announced her pregnancy and Stassi has been waiting for Margot's pregnancy fashion for years. She nailed her first look, and Stassi will be eagerly awaiting the rest! Next, they dissect Olivia Palermo's stunning wedding look. Even though she was married at a civil ceremony years ago, she finally had a wedding with a stunning Giambattista Valli dress -- and it made Stassi and Taylor both question their wedding looks (and want a redo!).

They end by discussing the recent criticism of Olivia Culpo's wedding look and share whether they liked or hated it.

  • Stassi's husband Beau Clark joins her again on this 4th of July themed episode! The pair start off on a tangent about dressing up as each other's fantasies (ala The Valley) which leads to a discussion about the Revolutionary War and if they think they'd be married and/or survive if they were living back then. (Spoiler: probably not, on both counts).

Beau and Stassi commiserate about how The 4th Of July is basically the New Years Eve of the summer. It feels wrong to not have plans, but the most appropriate plan is a BBQ - and they have high BBQ standards! Beau and Stassi dissect the BBQs they've attended and break down what makes a great BBQ: condiment availability and smashburgers (LOL).

Wishing everyone a safe (and fun) 4th!

  • On this episode, Stassi and COLo are communicating with ghosts -- ok they're not really, but Lo recently introduced Stassi to Tiktoker Megan @solarglowmeditations and they are dissecting questions she's asked spirits through her dowsing rods. When Megan holds the rods, spirits either cross them together for a "yes", pull them apart for a "no", or don't move them for a "no answer".

Stassi and Lo start off by asking questions of their own - mermaids, big foot, the Illuminati, aliens, and ghosts are discussed. Then they dive into Megan's questions, starting with the most pressing: "is Tiktok going to actually be banned?" (Spoiler: NO!). Most of Megan's spirit questions involve past/present questions like "can spirits fall in love with humans?", "is there a portal at Skinwalker Ranch?", "did a meteor kill the dinosaurs?", "have aliens given humans advanced technology?", and "is there a human representative for earth at the galactic federation?" (WHAT?!). Stassi and Lo chat about it all! Enjoy this chaotic conversation and follow @solarglowmeditations to watch Megan's videos and submit your questions.

  • On this episode, Stassi talks all about one of the main things that Vanderpump Rules viewers have come to know and love/hate her for - her affinity for her birthday. As her birthday is next Monday (June 24th), Stassi takes this solo episode to talk about her thoughts going into turning 36. She also takes this time to analyze how she thinks she became known for her birthday (she blames Bravo) and she goes through each on-camera birthday and shares a little behind-the-scenes memory from each year.

  • On this episode, Stassi welcomes her best friend's wife Taylor Donohue (aka Teddy) for the first time ever! Teddy and Stassi talk reflect on the passing on Stassi's step father, Lance, and Stassi shares the rollercoaster of emotions she's experienced this week. They then dive into lighter topics including how they feel about enforced dress codes and "pick me girl" energy. They end on everyone's favorite topics: pop culture and aliens.

  • On this episode, Stassi's bestie Taylor Strecker is in Los Angeles! Taylor and Stassi jump right into conversation where Taylor declares she's an empath and Stassi declares she is not. The pair dissect how this affects their relationships and friendships - and how a lack of empathy is also a main quality of serial killers.

Taylor gushes over how sweet Messer is and Stassi proclaims that she birthed the most angelic baby on earth. They compare Messer and Hartford as babies, and they predict how sharply opinionated Hartford will be growing up (and already is).

Inspired by the latest episode of The Valley, they end by sharing what they'd dress up as if they were dressing as their partner's fantasies.

  • On this solo episode, Stassi is echoing the overall message of her upcoming book while dissecting two specific women in pop culture who are getting flack in her algorithm. First, she talks about Kelly Rowland and her incident with the security guard at Cannes. While some were saying Kelly was unnecessarily rude, Stassi commends her for enforcing her boundaries and standing up for herself. After all, boundaries are Stassi's favorite. She then dives into the fall of JLo. Stassi loves and has always loved JLo, but she's seeing that JLo is kind of flopping at the moment. Stassi discusses where she thinks JLo went wrong, why she thinks people are being so hard on her, and how she thinks she should move forward.

Preorder Stassi's book, You Can't Have It All, out September 10th.

  • Stassi welcomes her husband Beau Clark back on this episode! Stassi starts off by sharing that she and Beau were trendsetters with the recessional song after their wedding - "Give Me Everything" by Pitbull. If you've already watched Bridgerton Season 3 Part 1, you know it's the song playing in the pivotal scene of the last episode. Stassi talks about how she and Beau searched high and low for a strings/instrumental version of the song for their wedding (before Vitamin String Quartet made this version) and how they ended up finding an obscure one on Youtube to use.

Reflecting on the song tangents into Stassi and Beau reflecting on Italy, their favorite place, and traveling together for the first time, early on in their relationship. They talk about the pros/cons of traveling early on in a relationship (especially to Europe), how they navigated exploring together, and why finding a partner who traveled well was one of the keys to the success of their relationship.

Stassi and Beau dissect why they think they work as a couple, and analyze the Black Cat/Golden Retriever theory. Stassi is the Black Cat and Beau is the Golden Retriever. Through the lens of this theory, they analyze other celebrity couples and why they work or don't work.

Finally, they recap their visit to Katie and Ariana's new sandwich shop, Something About Her (which is opening today)!

  • On this episode, CO-Lo (Lo French) joins Stassi as she's having a bit of a bad day. There's some family health issues on her mind and it's gloomy AF in Los Angeles, so Stassi's leaning into the mood. She starts off by sharing a list of things she's annoyed by including guitars being whipped out at parties, Beau going to bed before her, and groups of friends singing songs in together in the car. She weighs in on clapping when a plane lands or a movie ends (her opinion may surprise you).

Stassi ends by sharing her list of favorite period piece TV shows (which will also live on her website) and finally shares her Top 3!

  • On this episode, it's Stassi and her bestie Taylor Strecker's Superbowl: The 2024 Met Gala. This year's dress code was "The Garden of Time" based on the exhibition theme "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion".

Stassi and Taylor share their favorite and least favorite looks, and analyze dresses worn by Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Gigi Hadid, Mindy Kaling, SJP, Kris Jenner, Nicole Kidman, Kylie Jenner, Tyla, Lizzo, Lana Del Rey and more. They even touch on the men of the night who nailed the dress code including Jonathan Bailey (Bridgerton), Adrien Brody, and Lil Nas X.

Stassi and Taylor choose which dress they'd want to wear if they had attended this year, and end on deciding what their ideal dream Met Gala theme/dress code would be. Spoiler: Halloween, Sex and The City, Versailles, and The Sopranos are involved.
