Sharing this is outside my comfort zone as I normally don't talk about anything that isn't balanced or sustainable. Having an autoimmune issue means things inside my body are wildly out of control and this has helped me every single time.
AGAIN, this is not for weight loss however you will drop weight. The first two weeks are NOT sustainable... this is the process of creating a sustainable diet that works for YOUR body.
