In this episode, Tiff + Andy keep our American HoneyBees company for what is likely a stressful or event-packed holiday. We don’t celebrate this holiday personally, but we understand there are many traditions (that don’t include genocide, land theft, or erasure) in many families in this country. If you’re having a regular ol’ week in a different part of the world, we love you and hope you enjoy this nonsense episode. Feel free to take any of the suggestions and use them at your regular family dinners or events (at your own discretion, of course).
We love you. Remember, nobody wants cranberry sauce without the ridge lines of the can. That’s gross.

Hello honeybees! A light and fun episode to hopefully relax you and make you laugh right before the LTON (Last Thursday of November) shenanigans (which we know usually entails appeasing an older family member or ten you avoid until the “big holidays” at the end of the year; no judgement). Tiff and Andy talk about making names out of things that are not names, spelling, forging signatures, and what the whipper snappers might call our generation after we have left the world to them to rule.
Thanks for hanging out with us. If you’re traveling, be safe and alert. If you’re visiting people that bring up weird feelings for you, remember to take breaks often; word is that we might have just the thing for such a break. If you need to reach out, email us at [email protected]. Remember to rate 5 stars and share with a friend you think would love our content. Hugs to y’all.

Hi Honeybees! We hope the results of your mid term elections were all that your cannabis enthusiast, pro-choice, human-rights-loving hearts could imagine; needless to say in Alabama, we had no such luck. We divulge our feelings about politics and Tiff presents a thorough idea about reform that may not happen during her lifetime, but maybe some of the Honeybees would like to listen as she waxes poetic - right into socialism (which just means wanting everyone to have their basic needs covered as a basic societal function).
Next week we will bring you TWO episodes - one regular episode and another mini episode that is meant to be a palette cleanser during the last Thursday in November. If you have any silly things you’d like to hear, email ‘em to [email protected]
We love youse! Be sweet. Make a new friend. *wink wink*

Hello Honeybees!
We hope that Election Day didn’t require the mental health day that you were expecting. Congratulations to the new recreational states; thank you all for participating in our government and making your voice heard. Be sure to take care of yourself through the rest of this week - it’s been a doozy for many of us.
In this episode, Tiff and Andy talk about a weekend visit with Rachel, an idea about an animated, mostly fictional depiction of Teenage Jesus’ life, and other musings. This is a totally un-serious topic and it should go without saying that these are jokes/satire. If you enjoy this episode (or any other episode, or every episode, or most of them) please share it with someone you think will find it funny, comforting, insightful, or interesting. Thanks for hanging out with us.
Drink water, wash your hands, remember it’s okay to throw out underwear withs many holes they no longer function as they were intended.

Hello HoneyBees! A and Tiff are here with the giggles (we hope they’re contagious) for your mid-week pick-me-up. What’s on the docket? Accidentally viral videos, who gets to be in charge of the shop vac for dead bitch body dust, being fat on the innanet, the age old question of how early is too early to move in together, and a little Auntie advice about learning to trust your instincts.
Grab a coffee, cocktail, water, or a bowl and hang out. We hope the week is treating you nice and not beating your ass hugs!

Hello HoneyBees! We’re excited to be back in your earholes for another episode of SAH! Did we break up? Is the podcast over? Are we even alive anymore?
Grab a coffee, cocktail, water, or a bowl and hang out with us for an hour. 70% chance of at least blowing air out of your nose at something stupid one of us said.

Social media is not it for us right now, but please do look forward to weekly updates. If you need to get in touch, you can do that at [email protected]. Seriously, find a puppy and squeeze them gently. Maybe rub their soft little belly and ears. Still probably also take your meds tho :)

Hello Honeybees!
In this episode of the Sweet as Honey podcast, Tiffany talks about firing people from their roles in life. Landscapers, therapists, friends, and anyone else who needs the boot to make space for YOU. Also in this episode, taking up space. You deserve to take up all the space you need in life, whether it be physical or reclaiming your space in relationships and friendships.
WE love y'all, drink water, wear sunscreen! We're almost there, y'all.

Hello Honeybees!
Your favorite duo is BACK! It's a treat to have the time to sit down together at the same time - with the capacity to podcast and stay engaged, daylight saving time and just generally trying to survive... SHEESH!
In this episode, A and Tiff talk about being on the outside looking in where relationships are concerned and we talk about how the concepts of jealousy and security have evolved in our relationships + all the tangental in-betweens you've become accustomed to. Maybe we encourage you to quit social media, maybe the title is clickbait. Who knows?
Drink water, wash your face, touch some grass.

Hello Honeybees, welcome to another episode of the Sweet as Honey podcast!
This episode is a quickie w Tiff where we will chat about our emotional houses and who is allowed in each room of that house (if they are allowed in at all!). This was a therapy tool that Tiff learned in one of her recent therapy sessions that could be useful to, well, anyone who needs to take emotional inventory and make sure that the people in their lives are giving and receiving the appropriate amount of love, attention, access, and information.

On the docket - childhood embarrassment + stories, trying to keep track of time (the Jeremy Bearimy, if you will, thanks The Good Place), why frogs are so excited, how an electrical project idea led to a miscommunication, the OG Araminta Ross, and questions for white folks to ask their living parents and grandparents about their hand in racism against Black people during de-segregation.

Hello Honeybees!
In this episode of the Sweet as Honey Pod, your OG hosts are back together! A + Tiff catch you up on some of the events from the last few months - from a review of another problematic theatrical production, to the time outs that helped de-escalate our latest miscommunication, and yup, we’re talking about meds, misgendering, and misanthropy, too.

Hello Honeybees,
In this episode, Tiff talks about her damning marketplace find and how it sparked some warm and fuzzy feelings despite being an awful thing to have seen. Have you been feeling like a shift has happened inside of you during the pandemic and you just don't know what to do next? Tiff talks about looking inside of yourself and at those changes and how your inner knowing will guide you to the next best steps for your evolution. Drink water. Schedule your therapy appointment. "No" is a complete sentence. You are enough exactly as you are. Be less shitty tomorrow than you were yesterday. You got this. You are not alone.

Hello Honeybees,
On this week's episode, Tiffany has a guest host - her brother! Head's up: the audio is NOT the quality that we are used to, but there was only so much editing that could be done in post (forgive me, I've since found a fix). As we have discussed on the podcast, we are committed to prioritizing mental health + honoring diminished capacity; right now, that means podcasting without A. When they're ready, they'll be back and we'll jump right into the format that you have come to expect. The creative director SAH wants to try something new this year. If you want to be our guest/guest host, please reach out. We'd love to have you! Queer folk, Black folk + PoC, trans folk, and interesting folk are strongly encouraged to reach out!
Enjoy the laughter and rambling of two siblings having a catch up and recording it.

Hi Honeybees,
We miss youse SO MUCH! (I have recently decided I really like YOUSE, so sometimes you'll get a "y'all" and sometimes you'll get a "youse," just go with it *shush emoji*). Happy new year or something like that. We've survived the one of the wildest times I've lived through so far, and I think that's worth celebrating or acknowledging.
In this mini, I talk to you about what has been up with us the last couple of months. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN YOU LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE, it can feel a bit heavy at one point since I do talk about death and loss.
Thank you for being here. You're special & I love you. Drink water, do your best, wear a mask.

Hello Honeybees! This week, you just get Tiff and vibes for this short chat about belonging.
I break down some tips that have been helpful in my own journey to belonging and self that I think will resonate with a lot of you (at least I hope so!).
Sending you love and high vibrations!
XO Tiff

Hello HoneyBees! Tiff and A are back in this light episode of the pod. Easy listening. We talk about friendship, college football conspiracy, A's historical class, the movie "Luca" and how disappointed Tiff was in the ending (along with how a mer-person could potentially obtain documentation), hiking plans, a little acapella ASMR moment, and Tiff's constant frustration with A not thinking she's funny (I'm tired of it, y'all).

Hey Honeybees!
bequeath (v) - to give or leave by will; to hand down.
Is it the responsibility of the marginalized to educate... or do we refuse the responsibility that has been handed down to us from those who refuse to evolve with us?
In this episode, A and Tiff continue the discourse around how to continue to grow in our allyship and our sense of self-worth. A is a diplomat and appreciates feeling seen/heard/affirmed/safe; Tiff is a feeler with a bullshit radar who is more assertive/outspoken/protective. Do you think we'll agree on how to move forward with "paving the way" for the next generations of queer folx? Tune in to find out!
