We don't need to tell you that getting outdoors has the power to bring you back to a better you – it's an energizing and transformative experience. We all know the benefits of Nature, so we're not here to tell you why or how it makes us better—we're here to bring the outdoors to you, wherever you are. We bottled up the sounds and sensations of hitting the trail, sitting by the creek, and making it to the top of the mountain, in a microcast - so you can get a little nature whenever you need it. If you don't have a car, don't have the time, or don't know where to start—don't worry, you're still in the right place. Whatever you're doing—taking a walk around your block, stuck at your desk, or in the park, Take In the Outdoors with Nature Valley is the easiest way to get the energy of the outdoors into your day. Each episode is snackable and designed specifically to help you recharge, get you motivated, or get you focused, in the form of a walk, a hike, or a moment to recharge...all while immersing you in the genuine sounds of the outdoors.

This is an introduction to Einstein’s space-bending, time-stretching theory of Relativity, written by the master himself. Special and General relativity explain the structure of space time and provide a theory of gravitation, respectively. Einstein’s theories shocked the world with their counterintuitive results, including the dissolution of absolute time. In this book he brings a simplified form of his profound understanding of the subject to the layperson. In the words of Einstein: “The present book is intended, as far as possible, to give an exact insight into the theory of Relativity to those readers who, from a general scientific and philosophical point of view, are interested in the theory, but who are not conversant with the mathematical apparatus of theoretical physics.” The book is challenging at times but, when approached patiently, proves itself one of the most lucid explanations of Relativity to be found anywhere. [Due to transcription or optical character recognition errors in creating online texts, and because of less-than-clear fonts in some printed texts, the variables as read in some of the equations here are not as Einstein intended. For example, the numeral ‘one’ has frequently been printed and read as the letter ‘I.’ In addition, some equations do not translate well into the spoken word. If you require completely accurate renditions of Einstein’s mathematical formulas, we suggest that you consult a published text.]

Everybody loves a good story.
And once in a while, we are more drawn to the ones that, well, sounds too incredible, too bizarre, too scary, or too strange to be real! The kind that can only come from the imagination of a good storyteller... or someone's twisted mind perhaps?
But sometimes, what makes these unbelievable tales a much more compelling listen, is when they are based on events that are actually true! This is the Podcast of Strange!
