Rob has developed the 10-point guide for vaccine transparency and applies it to the current vaccines for emergency use. See the description of the guide:https://www.anhinternational.org/news/could-we-be-the-losers-in-the-vaccine-race/ Rob discusses how the current vaccine candidates stack up to the 10-point guide.
To conclude Mel discusses the benefits of immune support by healthy lifestyle options. She points the way to healthy eating patterns as a way to support immunity against chronic disease and infections like SARS-CoV-2. Visit Alliance for Natural Health - International for more in-depth discussion and lifestyle guides. https://www.anhinternational.org/

This episode is not an anti-vax screed but simply a request for data so we can approach vaccination for SARS-CoV-2 with full informed consent. Informed consent is the foundation of medical practice. The American Medical Association Code of Medical Ethics Opinion 2.1.1 states, "Informed consent to medical treatment is fundamental in both ethics and law. Patients have the right to receive information and ask questions about recommended treatments so they can make well-informed decisions about care." Informed consent also includes the role of conflicts of interest. How does the group promoting the medical treatment stand to financially benefit?
Vaccine data transparency will enable all of us as human citizens of the world to exercise our rights to give informed consent when the time comes to receive the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.

In my clinical practice there were people who followed low fat diets or ate highly processed food full of fake fat. This led to skin changes, brain changes, dull hair, low vitamin D, and low sex steroid hormones like testosterone. These are just a few changes that can occur from following low fat diets or eating damaged plastic fats in processed food. Fat is critical to keep the human body held together and running properly. It's time to embrace real food that has generous portions of good fats like olive oil, fish, organic vegetables, and meat sources from pastured raised or free range raised animals. It's time to turn our backs on processed fake plastic fats that gum up our metabolism and make us sick.

Carbohydrates are the most abundant organic components in most fruits, vegetables, legumes, and cereal grains, and they are added as simple sugars to many processed foods to provide texture and flavor. The fundamental basic carbohydrate currency is glucose. Glucose serves as a precursor for synthesis of all other carbohydrates that are important components of body fluids, structural matrix, membranes, and cell surfaces. Carbohydrates are critical for human life but not in the overabundant destructive form of simple sugars we are awash in when eating the Standard American Diet. Let's take a tour of the science, where we are, and the path away from chronic disease.

The traditional Mediterranean Diet is characterized by a high intake of vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, and mainly unrefined, minimally processed grains like rice and oats; an abundant fat intake from virgin olive oil, through salads, traditionally cooked vegetables, and legumes; a moderate consumption of fish and shellfish, a low consumption of meat and meat products; with the consumption of wine during meals. Fermented dairy products (cheese and yogurt) are allowed in moderate amounts. The Mediterranean Diet is NOT the Standard American Diet. We will see why that is and why you should make the switch today.

Dr Ron has been medical director of Integrated Listening System since its founding in 2007 and with its predecessor, Dynamic Listening Systems, since 2001. In 1989, Dr. Ron was originally trained by the grandfather of neurologic healing through listening, Dr. Tomatis, and opened a center the following year. Dr Ron has dedicated his professional life to the practice of sound therapy in clinical practice with children and adults who have complex neurologic disorders. He now devotes his time supervising tough cases that cause many to scratch their heads, assisting with updating and editing clinical training manuals, writing and educating about his experience in this field. Dr Ron shares his valuable insights into brain healing through sound therapy.
Dr Ron shares this thought about himself: If you had a super power, what would it be and why? The power to dissolve all dissention, greed, hatred, abuse of power and to end world hunger.

Alpha Fowler III, MD helped define the cellular and molecular inflammatory events that evolve in the pulmonary microvascular and pulmonary alveolar space as humans develop acute lung injury. During his faculty years at Virginia Commonwealth University, his laboratory has been active modeling acute lung injury, carefully defining the molecular phenomena that produce injury while at the same time focusing on interventional therapies to attenuate acute lung injury following the onset of bacterial sepsis. His laboratory has expertise in understanding and modeling cellular and molecular mechanisms that produce acute lung injury. He continues to be involved in clinical critical care medicine as an attending physician where he cares for many patients with acute lung injury. He and his colleagues at academic medical centers recently completed an NIH-funded randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled phase II trial the examined the extent to which high dose intravenous vitamin C attenuates multiple organ failure and lung injury following onset of sepsis.
