    As a starter on the 1982 National Championship team at UNC, with his teammate Michael Jordan, Matt began his leadership journey under the legendary Dean Smith. Kourtney has been teaching English at various levels since 2014 and currently works at Sparta Lincoln School in Sparta, Illinois.
