What is it like to blindly bet on life when you have nothing tangible to hold onto?
In today’s episode with Dan Blackman, my friend and fellow trauma-informed life coach, we each share our story of making some radical, out-there choices, which followed our respective decisions to choose abundance and embody joy and freedom, rather than perpetuate patterns of scarcity, fear, and survival.
Dan and I both decided to quit our jobs and pursue our calling to build a business and help people. However, we have both ran into challenges and, as a result, have been living off our savings for a while — which brings its own challenges and fears in and of itself.
What is it like to blindly bet on life when you have nothing tangible to hold onto? How do you just trust life when don't know where the money is going to come from? How do you keep going when it seems like there are no breadcrumbs to follow?
And what can you do if you’re a single parent with wanderlust and a strong desire to squeeze more juice out of life but your responsibilities don’t allow you to go travel the world just yet?
Tune in to find out from Dan and me!

Today’s episode with Kirsi-Marja Hardy, a trauma-informed intuitive life coach & parenting coach, revolves around joy and the energy and implications of operating from different emotional states.
We explain how we can choose joy.
We choose to be in charge of our emotional and energetic states. Through that, we gain a certain level of control over how we experience our lives.
We refer to an image of the vibrational frequencies of different emotions, taken from "Power vs. Force" by David R. Hawkins, and discuss why lingering in low frequency emotions, such as shame or guilt, can get us stuck in loops.
I hope you'll find lots of value in this conversation!

In this episode with my friend Kirsi-Marja Hardy, a trauma-informed intuitive coach, we discuss a creative exploration we both currently find ourselves in — it revolves around not listening to our minds and instead overcoming our resistance by doing things we don’t necessarily feel like doing.
We have recently been finding this to be an absolute game changer, leading to not just success and progress, but also pure joy and ecstatic bliss! Yes baby!
Among other things, we:
explain why speaking authentically from an imperfect place has so much value and power; touch upon the importance of honoring our inner cycles and stages of our lives — both of us are currently in this stage, but that doesn’t mean that pushing through resistance is what you should currently be doing! Listen to your own inner voice, always! talk about why taking a break and relaxing into the pause can unlock new levels of creativity, skill and motivation. It’s a good one, so even if you don’t feel like it, I recommend you go ahead and listen anyways!

In today's episode with my friend and fellow intuitive coach Mark Dallimore, we discuss intuition:
What is it? Is it a real thing? How do we tap into it?
And how can we distinguish between intuition and what's just our mind chatter? Can we trust ourselves and our inner nudges? Should we trust ourselves?
We discuss all that, as well as my lifestyle and frequent decisions to change my plans, travel to the other side of the world or move to a brand a new country where I barely know anyone.
The truth is, I don’t often know why is it that I feel called to go to a certain place, but I trust the impulse to go with an open mind and a surrendered heart — and then magic happens.
If you'd like to support me in creating more magic, you can treat me to a coffee!

This conversation with my friend Mark Dallimore was held only two weeks after I returned from a very deep experience with ayahuasca in the jungles of Colombia.
In it, I shared about my decision to go, my experience in the jungle, and the lessons that I had learned on the ground.
Five months have gone by since October 2023 when this experience and conversation took place.
With hindsight, I can tell you that I do not cease to be mind-blown by the ongoing unfolding, expansion, and lessons that keep dropping in as I continue to integrate this life-altering experience.
Some of the lessons discussed in this episode revolve around:
— surrendering: to the medicine, to all our experiences no matter how strong they may be, to life circumstances in general;
— the possibility and power of bringing intentionality, sacredness, and ceremoniousness into everything we do in our lives;
— how practising healing and energy work prepared and primed me for the powerful experiences I had my first time working medicine;
— why I cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

In this short pep talk on following our dreams, I follow upon the previous episode where I talked about how I'm able to travel so much.
If you're still wondering how I could live my best life in Portugal, Switzerland, and Taiwan during covid barely spending any money, here are the answers!

I get asked questions like this all the time:
"What do you do that allows you travel like that?"
"How come you travel so much?"
"How can you afford all your traveling?"
I’ve always had difficulties answering these sorts of questions, because I don't have that one-sentence magical answer people expect to hear.
I am just a girl who dared to dream.
If you have a passport (or the ability to apply for one) and a skill (which could be looking after kids, cleaning, or speaking your native language) you're most likely qualified to do what I have been doing for the past 14 years: i.e. travel and live a lifestyle of freedom and joy.
In this episode, apart from sharing examples of the things I did to be able to travel with virtually no money to spend, I also talk about how I ended up being a nomad because of covid, whether I get tired of traveling, and some of the difficulties and emotions that are inevitable if you spend over a decade being nomadic.

In this conversation about stepping out of fear and choosing freedom instead, I am being interviewed by my friend and fellow intuitive coach Mark Dallimore.
Mark wanted me to talk about my freedom lifestyle of travels and pursuing my passions to his listeners, and we ended up dropping some interesting insights about the nature of fear, indecision, and the patterns that keep us playing small and not saying yes to our dreams.
If you too are curious about my lifestyle, listen in and find out not just how I am about to travel so much, but also how you too can dissolve fear, find more stability in life, get better at making decisions, and live from a place of more ease and joy!

This episode is one of my favorite conversations with my friend and fellow intuitive trauma-informed coach & certified parenting coach Kirsi-Marja Hardy.
It is a rich exploration of a hugely important topic: the practice of "holding space" for others.
Kirsi and I discuss how we show up for our friends or coaching clients who are going through challenging emotional experiences, and share how we personally wish to have space held for us.
We address various components: the quality of the energy that someone brings through when holding space; the quality of the container that they can set up for our experience; what we’d like or dislike the supporting person to say or do while holding space for us, etc.
Why is this so important?
If you work with people, especially as a facilitator, knowing how to hold space for people in a safe and attuned way is much more impactful than the methods and skills that you are using to help them. This applies to coaches, healers, therapist, massage therapists, and even teachers.
It applies to our personal relationships, too: if you aspire to be a better parent, partner or friend, learning how to support your loved ones in difficult moments is perhaps the best thing you can do.

In this conversation with Mark Dallimore, we discuss how we can heal our emotional wounds and trauma stored deep in our energetic and physical bodies. We discuss the importance of feeling safe, having space held for us in the right way, and energetic atunement. What do I mean when I say that someone "speaks from their head"? And why should we think twice before we start offering unsolicited advice?
The thing is, if the focus is healing our emotional wounds, the above things don't feel safe to someone going through a difficult experience and needing support. So, they are not helpful.

In this episode, I explain what it means to live your life from a grounded state of feeling safe - and taking action from that place, instead of constantly being driven by fear, feeling like there is never enough or as if we were not enough, until we achieve that thing.
I believe that most people do not live from that place - we're constantly chasing after something, worrying about the future and wondering about all the possible "what if"s...
What could it look like if you shifted into safety first, and only once you found that within yourself, only then started taking action from that place?
Tune in to hear how I decided to take a break and wait till I'd be able to tap into that safety back in May 2023 - and how it seems to have worked out more than just fine!
Thanks for listening!

As trauma-informed intuitive life coaches, Kirsi-Marja Hardy and I believe that most people do not actually feel safe in their bodies and experience of life most of the time.
What is "safety", really? We see it as a felt sense in the body. It is not an objective fact, but a highly subjective inner state.
Enjoy! If you'd like to have a conversation about working on your own safety levels with a coach, reach out to me via email or Instagram.

In this deep dive with intuitive coach Mark Dallimore, I share about my experience with emotional overwhelm, chronic shame, and insomnia. I observe how the latter has disappeared from my life as a natural byproduct of processing my emotions in a conscious way.
We discuss the tools and concepts that have helped us deal with emotional overwhelm and find peace in times of difficulty, such as learning how to be present to our emotions, as well as receive presence from others, giving permission to whatever thoughts or feelings show up in a given moment, rather than trying to hush them away and focus on something else, and opening up to support.

In this episode with my fellow trauma-informed intuitive coach & parenting coach Kirsi-Marja Hardy we discuss how we can use emotions to create the lives we wish to lead.
We are all powerful creators and we are never not creating our reality. We are the ones attracting, keeping in or out of our lives the things, situations, or people that we do. But oftentimes, not consciously.
How can we use that to our benefit and start creating consciously and intentionally?
We'll dive into concepts like energy and vibration, emotions being pure energy in motion, and the so-called law of attraction.
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”

In today’s episode with my fellow trauma-informed coach Kirsi-Marja Hardy, also active as a parenting coach, we discuss how unprocessed emotions get stuck in our bodies and can manifest as muscle tension, depression, dis-ease, negative thought patterns or even mental health challenges.
E-motion = Energy in Motion
Energy always wants to be in motion. When we don't allow it, it gets stuck. When we don't pay attention to our emotions and release the energetic charge which they are in a proper way, they can get stuck in our energetic and physical bodies.
PAIN = Pay Attention Inside Now
Physical ailments can actually be a way for our bodies to communicate something to us.
The book I reference is “Thy Myth of Normal” by Gabor Maté, a Canadian physician and psychotherapist specializing in trauma, childhood development, addiction, and the connection between physical and mental health.

In this episode with Kirsi Maria Hardy, my friend who is a trauma-informed intuitive coach like me, as well as parenting coach, we dig deep into the subconscious processes that keep us playing safe and small. Namely, we explain how we prevent ourselves from having it too good in life by creating setbacks and unpleasant scenarios to limit our positive feelings!
We’re going to share some ways to start noticing and working on these unconscious behaviorial patterns, so make sure to listen till the end.
The book which inspired our talk is called “The Big Leap”, written by Gay Hendricks.

In this episode with Kirsi-Marja Hardy, a trauma-informed intuitive coach & parenting coach, we talked about self-worth and why it determines what we get in life.
Tune in to find out:
why we always get what we believe we deserve in life or why we end up losing what we, deep down, don’t quite believe we deserve; how I landed a job with royal billionaires and then lost it within 2 weeks, because I didn't quite feel that I was worthy of it; how the gap between the thing we want and our felt level of self-worth is all we get to work on; & how we can close that gap.If you’d like to support me as a creator, you’re welcome to buy me a coffee!

In this conversation with Kirsi-Marja Hardy, a trauma- informed intuitive coach and parenting coach, we explore the importance of cultivating patience: not just with our circumstances, but mainly with ourselves, overcoming difficult experiences or coming to acceptance with the way we feel, react or are unable to change despite trying.
We also discuss how:
sitting in patience can prime us for successful transitions when it comes to big life changes; we can learn from the situation that we don't seem to have patience with and view these as opportunities; we can find inner peace in times of adversity; we can learn to trust ourselves through practicing patience.Recorded in March 2023.

In this conversation with Kirsi-Marja Hardy, a Trauma Informed Intuitive Coach and a Parenting Coach, we talk about “authenticity” - what does it mean? And what does it mean to make this a core value in our lives?
We discuss how:
societal norms and collective beliefs creep on us without us even realizing that perhaps that’s not what we would choose if it were completely up to us; our authenticity or lack thereof affect our relationships and the depth of connection we have with people; we create labels for ourselves in order to navigate the world and help others decide how they should feel about us, and then we get stuck in those. The conversation was recorded in December 2022.

In this episode with my friend Kirsi-Marja Hardy, a trauma-informed intuitive coach and a parenting coach, we discuss the topic of change.
We have so much resistance towards change, yet we can't escape it! Life is unpredictable and change is inevitable. If we can only learn to embrace it and get comfortable with it, it will make our lives so much easier!
How do we step into change? How do we get comfortable with it? Why is it so difficult?
We discuss some useful tools that can help us embrace change, such as:
creating time and space for ourselves before rushing into decisions; managing choice overwhelm; getting familiar with personal inner change before dealing with changes in the external world; working on changing our identity in order to be able to handle the way our lives change; or adopting a new perspective of seeing sudden unpredicted changes as new opportunities and reasons for excitement, rather than a threat to our existence.
