Nothing in excess is considered good, even if it's positivity. Toxic Positivity is an overgeneralization of being positive in every difficult situation to the point where we are bound to feel guilty if we feel sad or negative about a bad happening and it does more harm than good.

Once you achieve inner peace, people and situations can't enrage you, because they don't have control over you. You have control over you. Inner peace comes hard, and can go easy but if practised deliberately, as Master Shifu says, "Nothing is impossible, with inner peace."

Many of the innovations, inventions and the greatest of ideas that we have in the world, roots from inconvenience, laziness and the drive to make our life more comfortable. Like Wheels: to make transportation easy, tools to make cutting and hunting easy, telephone: to have a smooth communication system, food delivery system, washing machine. Anything and everything that makes us comfortable roots from that one lazy person who just wanted to never get our of the comfort zone.

Everyone has a different radius of personal space. Some people like to keep things to just themselves, some like to share with their inner circle only, while some likes to share everything with everyone like living public. Sometimes it depends on age also. Problems arise when these two totally opposite worlds clash, when people with different personal space radius come together. Or the radius change. Maybe as kid you used to be a person who shared everything , now you keep them to yourselves. You partner wants you to open up more or you don’t like your partner’s habit of sharing everything with the outer circle or with everyone else.

Happiness brings excitement in life, it makes life worth living. It makes our life not boring. But the thing to remember about happiness is, there is no living happinly ever after: there is no forever happiness. Happiness comes and go.
Peace is about you realising how powerful you are and how powerful your thoughts are, and aliging them with your world such that you are the centre.
Contentment: is about the awareness that there is no supreme state or goal of having it all. Realising that happiness is not forever and that life is about improving or maybe staying still, depends on you.

We are human and we are programmed to feel these emotions: negative or positive: if we were not supposed to feel these emotions, they would have never existed at the first place. But no one gets that. People are so into spreading positivity that they just ask you to lock up and suppress all the “negative emotions” which does more harm than good.
