How many weight loss & diet 'new year's resolutions' have failed you?
And every time it doesn't work out, it just gives you another reason to talk negatively towards yourself.
In this episode, I will talk to you about the psychology behind why a new year's resolution is so difficult to maintain.
I also go into my own 2023 Intentions (not "resolutions).
Then we will go into:
(1) How you can start forgiving yourself every time you put weight on, eat "the wrong food" etc.
(2) How to understand and manage guilt around "failing" a weight loss journey.
(3) How guilt works in the mind.
So if any of the following resonates with you and your negative relationship with food:
People-pleasing, constant internal shame, guilt when getting something "wrong", perfectionism, emotional eating, "all or nothing" mentality, secret eating, binge eating, boredom eating, body image struggles ...
Then this one is for you!

In this week's episode, Bobby and Jess are joined by a VERY special guest: their very little Theiadora, who has just turned 9 months old :)
Dieting and body image are at the forefront of over 80% of women's minds.
This obsession with weight loss is a collective consequence of society and parenting.
Here, Bobby and Jess discuss their own parenting values, especially when it comes to raising a child to feel confident in their own emotions and body, as they grow into adulthood.
Unfortunately, many women have been raised in a household where body image, perfectionism, "keeping up appearances" and "just get on with it" were all at the height of the family value system.
As we can clearly see, this can have catastrophic psychological ramifications when it comes to your relationship with yourself, as well as food.
Weight loss feels impossible, when food is the only thing that has saved you from this shame, your entire life.
By watching today's episode, you will get insight into the trauma that may connect your past to your current situation ...
People-pleasing, constant internal shame, guilt when getting something "wrong", perfectionism, emotional eating, secret eating, binge eating, boredom eating, body image struggles.
Today, Bobby and Jess discuss ...

This is a very special "rebirth" episode | The Bobbynutrition Podcast is officially back.
In this episode, Jess interviews Bobby about how Bobbynutrition started, how exactly does the team help women, and why their tools have been proven to be more effective than the countless diet plans the clients have used over the years.
As a recovering alcoholic, Bobby was trying to find a sense of purpose, and this is where Bobbynutrition came to be what it is today:
Helping ladies, who have dieted their entire lives, finally lose weight forever.
Not because there is MORE focus on weight loss ... but less.
Bobby discusses how he and his team focus on the trauma that drives food addiction.
Not only the past trauma, but how that trauma has manifested in these women:
People-pleasing, constant internal shame, guilt when getting something "wrong", perfectionism, emotional eating, secret eating, binge eating, boredom eating, body image struggles.
