This week we are joined by Donal Quinn. Donal is the founder of Enso, an Environmental and Social Impact business which helps your business to benchmark its sustainability performance, improve it, and communicate it to customers who care.
Donal started ENSO because he witnessed first-hand the knowledge-gap between business practices and sustainability best practices & he wanted to fix that.
In this episode, we spoke to Donal about the origins of ENSO, sustainability challenges facing small businesses & the support which he received from the government through different programmes.

This week we chatted with John Kiberd from Stepping Stone Forests. John is a well-known figure in his local community for his involvement with Tallaght Litter Mugs and Dodder Action Group, and in 2020, he set up Stepping Stone Forests after hearing about the Miyawaki Method of planting online.
A Stepping Stone Forest is a small, urban, densely planted woodland using native trees and shrubs. Due to the dense nature of the planting, the trees and shrubs grow very rapidly.
John has worked tirelessly to get Stepping Stone Forests in schools all over Tallaght & beyond. In 2021, John was awarded a Climate Ambassador award for Outstanding Achievement by An Taisce’s Environmental Education Unit.

This week we chat with Department of Health whistleblower Shane Corr, who has made the headlines in recent months for his protected disclosures regarding behaviour within the department.
This is an interesting chat that examines corporate governance and its implications. We look into how those who choose to speak out like Shane, are shunned and vilified. All of these insights have obvious correlations to climate action.
As well as this, we chat to Shane about his decision to become a vegetarian over 30+ years ago and how his view on food (and where it comes from) has shifted in that time.
