Controversial but hear me out. Would you pass your driving test if you sat it again? Probably not. We picked up a rake of driving habits that we can't/ won't shake and would need to go back to basics to eliminate them. Guess what.. same in fitness.

What's next in the hierarchy? What is a metcon? How does CrossFit actually work?

I think it's time we respect the hierarchy. We have drifted so far away from the truth and the reality that all types of physical and mental fitness starts with a solid base but are we in denial?
