If there's one thing that has expanded me and yet supported me in the last 3 years, it's investing in mentors who are miles ahead of me in my career.
Not only has this allowed me to be in rooms full of other ambitious women who have BIG visions and are making their visions a reality, but I have learnt to see how women at the next level of leadership live their lives and advance their careers.
