Jenny had the pleasure of meeting Luka at the Evolve business coaching summit in Edmonton last month and is thrilled to be joined by him to hear about how he went from playing professional sports to becoming a fitness coach for the past two decades, and how he leads and inspires so many people to achieve REAL results.

While cardio has itās place, it is not the be all and end all of weight loss and body transformation. Fitness is more than a past time for Rebekah, it is her passion. Rebekah recently left her legal career of 11 years to pursue a career as a fitness professional. Fitness has always been special to Rebekah, as it helped her during grief and past trauma - she used her workouts as a positive coping mechanism. In Spring of 2022, Rebekah took a leap and joined Team Strong Girls. That was a pivotal turning point. Rebekahās passion for fitness flourished, and so did her confidence. Rebekah fell in love with the process of building muscle - working toward growth instead of becoming a smaller version of herself. Rebekah was focused on her fitness, her family, and her professional life. Join us this week as Jenny sites down to chat with Rebekah about her journey, her process and her passion.
