A second American has plead guilty to two counts of ammunition possession in the island nation of Turks and Caicos after authorities found two bullets in his luggage. The Virginia man, Tyler Wennrich, became the fifth American since February to be detained and charged under a law in the country that imposes a 12-year minimum jail sentence for possession of ammunition. A Congressional delegation traveled to Turks and Caicos last week and spoke to officials there about the Americans detained by the harsh law.

The Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Live Nation, owner of Ticketmaster, for illegally inflating ticket prices to live events saying the two should be broken up for fairness. The lawsuit accuses Live Nation, also a large owner of concert venues, of forcing those venues to only host Live Nation talent while charging outrageous ticket prices, service fees and just access to the most popular shows.

With presidential debates set to take place in June and September, months earlier than the normal October debates, third-party candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is hustling to get on ballots across the nation in order to qualify for the stage. CNN has said that they would host Kennedy Jr. for their June 27 debate if he hit benchmarks in polling, but his campaign has been critical of the difficulty of getting on some states' ballots. Several schools nationwide have implemented cell phone bans, restricting students' access to their devices throughout the day.
