In this episode I get honest about a recent bout with depression and how I could no longer run from those feelings or distract myself. I speak to self sourcing love vs externally sourcing love / worth / happiness and how that has impacted everything I do. I also provide tips and wisdom on how to begin recognizing your worth and learning to love yourself regardless of where you are in life, what you have or otherwise. If you are dealing with depression, please speak to someone -- and remember you are not alone. Please rate, review, subscribe and share this episode with anyone you feel might benefit!

In this solo episode I talk about the last 60 days of deep change, transformation, and some of the hardest experiences to date. Change is often met with resistance, naturally, but the only constant is change. When we grip, change just becomes more challenging. And yet, I gripped.
In this solo episode I talk about moving, ending relationships, creating new ones, dating, and learning to embrace a new version of self along the way.
I hope you find some levity and lightness in my path as it reflects on yours -- and learn to love yourself along the way, as I am, too.

In this solo episode, I discuss how to face the internal fight and reprogram your thoughts to find more flow in your life. Our thoughts create our reality. Like a Spotify playlist, this episode gives actionable tips to find more self love by changing the way you speak to yourself.
When you see yourself in love, speak to yourself with loving kindness, you begin to see others' the same, with love, respect, compassion.
You begin to build boundaries because you honor your time and energy too much to just give it away. We all have doubt, fear, anxiety, and otherwise, but by facing the internal fight we can find more flow. And what we experience internally reflects externally. For more information, or to book a session with me directly, go to http://livyoung.co
You are worthy of all the love that you seek, but to receive it, you often have to change the way that you speak to yourself, first.

I'm trying something new here, a story and a lesson, ideally daily, 15-20 minutes that maybe you'll feel inspired by as you step into your own day and journey. In this episode, I speak to the power of healing relationships, beginning with the one with yourself ... and with others, by meeting people where they are instead of meeting them where you want them to be.
I hope this message brings you hope, healing, and more love in the relationship with yourself and others. "Things have to die to be reborn again, even versions of ourselves." Sometimes the ending of a relationship is also a new beginning.
If you feel called to work thru any of your struggles 1:1, please find me via http://livyoung.co or DM me directly on instagram @livyoung.

In this episode, Olivia speaks to the idea of the space between what we have and what we want is filled with our excuses. It's very often that we come to distract ourselves from our feelings by filling our "empty," or the space between -- with extra.
When you learn your habits and patterns, and come into a place of self love, you no longer want to "fill," the empty because it's no longer empty and as a result, you stop poisoning your body, wasting your energy on people, places, substance, and things that don’t serve your highest good. Pro tip: If it’s not fueling you forward, it’s holding you back and separating you from who you want to be. Protect your energy. It’s sacred. When you accept it as such, you respect it.

In this episode, Olivia goes through her many practices to clean and clear energetic space. Everything is energy. If we don't clean and clear our minds, bodies, spaces, etc,. the energy we no longer need often sticks to us and causes blockages which can be as simple as feeling stuck in the gut or a minor sore throat to something as major as metastasizing into Cancer. What we hold onto, holds onto us. The stories we silence, the limiting beliefs we give ourselves, the doubt, fear, shame and otherwise -- will metabolize and manifest in to our daily experiences. Check out this episode and consider where you are holding stuck energy. If you're ready to level up, visit http://livyoung.co and book a free clarity call to work with Olivia on how you can release what no longer serves you and step into your higher self.

On today's podcast with powerhouse Rachel Scheer who is a Functional Medicine Nutritionist. Rachel's journey as a nutritionist began in bodybuilding and athletic performance, however, a couple years into her practice she began to suffer from severe gastrointestinal dysfunction (IBS.) After many false diagnoses, spending thousands of dollars on doctor visits and tests, and one doctor even suggesting the removal of her entire large intestine, Rachel decided to take her health into her own hands.
Rachel says "using a functional approach and focusing on the health of the gut microbiome saved [her] life. All disease begins and ends in the gut, so rather than putting a 'band-aid' over an issue I.e. medications/drugs/surgery, we need to get to the root cause and that's what functional medicine comes in. My gut issues came from a bacteria imbalance or gut dysbiosis, and once I was able to address that through diet, stress, supplements, and lifestyle changes I was able to heal my body, avoid surgery, and come off dozens of medications I was put on over the years."
On this episode we discuss all things healing from the inside out. For more info on Rachel, visit her website here.

On today's episode of the LIVYOUNG podcast I interview the hilarious, honest, beautiful and exciting and excitable Vasavi Kumar. Vasavi Kumar is often described as the “Queen of Saying It Out Loud.” A first-generation Indian immigrant raised on Long Island, NY, Vasavi has relentlessly searched to find her own voice, access the freedom of her creative spirit, and help others along the way…out loud. Her mission is to share everything—the good, bad, and ugly—in order to teach a more mindful, practical, and simple way of running every aspect of your life. Vasavi has taught thousands of entrepreneurs, creatives, and artists from all walks of life how to work through any situation —by saying it out loud.
