Here we discuss using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Tabata style exercise for better results physically and energetically. #over35
We also talked about the importance of stretching the body and using weights to bring about ideal muscle tone and strength.
The suggestion is that as age pass 35 or older the hormonal level & strength capacity in the body begins to decrease, slowly but surely.
Short burst interval training, like HIIT, or TABATAS will give you better results and lead to a capacity for long-term wellbein, well into your later years.

What is it that you think or say over and over that is limiting your relationship?
"Once you are aware of your limiting belief, ask yourself if it’s even true!
So many times our limiting beliefs are fear-based and on autoplay. Once one thought comes in, the others start rolling in to support it. But ask yourself, is there even one example of your belief being untrue?
Do people who are not “smart” find love?
Are people who are not “rich” in committed relationships?
Once you’re aware of your belief, you can replace it with higher vibrational thought".
