In this episode, I sat down with Brady, a brand builder and content strategist, to dive deep into what it really means to build a brand that stands out. We’re not just talking logos and taglines here—Brady brings the real talk on how aligning with your true calling and listening to that inner voice can make all the difference in your personal and business success.

“When any touchpoint or communication is focused on you and what you’ve done instead of them and what they’re about to do, you’ve already lost the game.”
Take a moment to absorb that great quote from a conversation I had with my friend Karan Nijhawan where we talked about the power of relationships and the importance of depth and connection in events. We talked about the need to be a guide rather than a hero and to focus on the pain, the person, the problem, the plan and the benefit in event planning.
We discussed how authenticity, connection and self-identity are key pieces to creating successful events and businesses. We highlighted the need to be true to yourself and stand up for your beliefs, even if that means being vulnerable and potentially facing criticism.
Tune in and learn how to:
Build deep relationships and connections in eventsBe a guide, not a hero, in your marketing and event planningStay true to yourself and stand for your beliefs, even if it means being vulnerable and facing criticismPrioritize depth in relationships and businesses; focus on quality over quantity for greater successEmbrace your true self, connect deeply with others and take action to create the life you want!

I talk about how important it is to stick to our values and principles when setting standards for ourselves and our teams.
Tune in and…
