There have been instances where I stood on the precipice of despair, grappling with the darkest of thoughts. Amidst this struggle, I found myself wrestling with my identity, often misunderstood by those around me. It wasn't until I embarked on a transformative path of understanding and acceptance, guided by a pivotal psychiatric assessment, that I began to find my footing.
However, the journey didn't conclude there. With newfound clarity and acceptance of my neurodivergent identity, I came to appreciate the significance of seeking help and forming connections with those who truly empathize.
